Beachway #2 is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in the Beachway Community in Port Aransas,
Texas. It works well for families and groups who want a full home experience in the middle of
town, with quick access to the beach and restaurants without needing a car.
The ground floor is open-plan with the living room, kitchen, and dining area connected. A large
flat-screen TV anchors the living space. The kitchen has brand-new stainless steel appliances,
a dining table for the full group, and bar seating along the kitchen island with teal bar stools. A
half bath is off the kitchen, and the back door leads to the private pool area. An outdoor shower
on the side of the house handles post-beach rinse-offs before you come inside.
All three bedrooms and three full bathrooms are on the second floor. The primary bedroom has
a king bed, ensuite bath, and smart TV. The second bedroom also has a king bed and a smart
TV. The third bedroom has a king and a full bed divided by a privacy wall, which suits mixed
groups or families who need a bit of separation between sleepers. This room also has a smart
TV and an ensuite bath. For a potential tenth sleeper, there is a twin bed in the living room. The
washer and dryer are on the second floor.
The kitchen is fully stocked for home cooking, with a coffee maker, standard utensils, and all the
everyday essentials. The dining table and kitchen bar give you enough room for the whole
group to sit down at once.
Out back, the private fenced pool area has teal Adirondack chairs and a stretch of astroturf
lawn. The rooftop deck, reached from the second floor, gives views across Port Aransas and
access to Gulf breezes. Pool heating to 80-85 degrees is available on request for an additional
fee.
Wi-Fi and cable are included. Smart TVs in every bedroom mean each room has its own
entertainment without competing for the living room screen.
Self check-in with keypad. Free parking for up to three cars in assigned spots on the property.
The Beachway Community sits in the walkable center of Port Aransas, close to La Playa, the
main dining strip near the harbor, and an array of local bars and restaurants. The beach access
road is a few minutes away, and the actual beach is roughly a 0.75-mile walk. Golf carts are a
popular way to cover the distance, and rentals are available nearby.

    The place was very clean, enjoyed the private pool and top sitting area. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but we were so happy with the place that we didn't seem to mind very much.

    The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, didnt sleep comfortably at all. The pillows were flat. The kitchen was not supplied properly for a family. The pots and pans were too small so we went and bought pots to use. A crockpot and a Keurig coffee pot would have been nice.The condo was very nice and roomy!
