BEACHSIDE NEW BUILD 4BR 4 1/2 bath St. George Island w/pool

Recharge was a great stay - very clean, attentive host, and the perfect place for two families with young ones. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an amazing property. Close to the beach, fantastic oversized pool, clean as a whistle, owner/host is very attentive and easily reachable. Will definitely return in the future!

The property was extremely clean. Communication was easy, quick and effective with the host. The view was stunning. The beach even gave us a day for riding waves on boogie boards making us happy. Unfortunately, it also was shut down due to bacteria so weigh the risk before booking. The kitchen was well stocked and we were pleased that everyone could gather around the table to eat. My bed-sharing 3 year old stayed in the bunk room with cousins freeing us for the week and said he sleeps best at the beach. So, truly, this property was wonderful for all ages (3-70 years in our family) and needs.

Great property. Views fail to show the house sitting in front of you, but beach/ocean view is fine. Very clean, nice owners, took care of all the details. Recommend it highly.

The home was clean and so well organized. The owner was attentive and has put so much thought into making sure guests have everything they could possibly need. The beach wasn’t crowded at all which made for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. Highly recommend!

We returned to Recharge by the Sea on June 14 to spend a week with our adult kids and their spouses. It was perfect! The home is beautifully situated with a gorgeous view of the gulf and it is beautifully decorated and appointed. Whether cooking, entertaining, or simply relaxing, this home with its beautiful pool and comfortable furnishings inside and out is the place to be. Tom and Laura are great hosts. They’re thoughtful and communicative. Bottom line: when we return to SGI, we plan to return to Recharge by the Sea!

Three generations ages 3-73 and everyone had a wonderful time. Recharge By the Sea exceeded all our expectations. The bedrooms and living room are very roomy and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the pool was spectacular. There were lots of extra beach chairs and a cart as well as all the beach/pool toys anyone would want. The entire house and pool area were spotless when we got there. Juan did have to come back to take care of a door issue but was so helpful and efficient it was not a problem at all. The owners were wonderful to work with and we will definitely rent from them again.

My family just spent an amazing week enjoying all that St George Island and this beautiful home have to offer. We have rented many beach houses over the years and we all agreed Recharge by the Sea is our all time favorite! EVERY detail has been thought out with comfort in mind. All the furnishings, appliances, bedding, outdoor space, pool, beach equipment, towels, etc are top notch. The layout of the home is ideal for larger families with children and having 4 1/2 baths was so convenient! To say it’s fully equipped is an understatement! There were plenty of towels, beach towels, blankets and the kitchen has everything you could ever want! We liked the addition of a wine refrigerator and coffee area. The ocean views, quick and easy walk to the beach and the amazing pool made for great days in the sun with family. The island is like going back in time- in a great way! Enjoy the local restaurants and very laid back vibe while living in luxury! The home owner is incredibly responsive and provided proactive communication to make our stay wonderful. Everything in the home is labeled making finding things so easy. We could not honestly think of one detail overlooked! Don’t hesitate to rent this beautiful beach home.

Recharge by the Sea is an amazing home! Laura and Jim provide their guest a home filled with everything you would need while on vacation. This home is beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. You are steps from the beach and the pool is a great place to cool off after a fun beach day. Our family looks forward to visiting again soon.

Our family had a fabulous vacation at Recharge by the Sea! The gulf side location is perfect with easy boardwalk access to the beach. It’s beautifully designed, decorated, and equipped for families and couples. We had plenty of space to all be together in the great room as well as our own space in the large bedrooms & bathrooms. We were impressed with how clean the house was when we arrived and appreciated the book that listed valuable information about the property, local area, activities, and restaurants. Tom and Laura made themselves available to ensure that we had every need met throughout our stay. As hosts, they have gone above and beyond to furnish extras to enhance their guests’ experience. We were impressed with the guest closet filled with beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The great room had games, puzzles, books and toys; the kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed. We highly recommend Recharge by the Sea!

The island had a lot of standing water from the hurricane, so our original plans had to change when we got down there. Fortunately, we found this house and the owner worked very quickly to get us in that same day! Not only did it save our trip, but it was possibly the best house we've stayed at on SGI! It was almost brand new, had a great layout, had amazing decorating, came with all the extras you need for a week at the beach, had its own boardwalk down to the beach, and had a fantastic pool! This was the ultimate turning lemons into lemonade...amazing trip and house!

Recharge by the Sea is, simply put, one of the best vacation homes we have ever stayed-in. We've been vacationing at St. George Island for almost 20 years and this house will definitely go down as one of our favorites and one we would love to return to! The location, the layout of the house, the pool, all of the amenities provided... Not to mention one of the best stocked kitchens ever... Made for a wonderful stay with our family. Despite a week of rain and storms, we had a wonderful time in this lovely home and would highly recommend it to others. One other important note is the owners and how great they are to work with. The communication was outstanding and Laura is so accommodating and helpful. We had a great time and hope to return to RBS soon!
