BEACHFRONT, spacious, & family-friendly

We enjoy this property very much!!! This is where we stay in our annual family fall break. They got new furniture and rocking chairs for the deck. It’s always nice to be able to sit on the porch and watch how sunrise while listening to the waves.

I have rented this particular house multiple times and still love it! Check in was smooth. The house has a few updates on the inside in regards to furniture and kitchen appliances, which I love. The house usually has a couple of staples in case you forget something. My family and I will be back again for our couple retreat. The manager Sonia is very responsive if you have any questions. I'll be back.

The house was absolutely amazing, clean spacious and came with everything you would need for a vacation. The house was the perfect size the fit our group of 12 with 6 kids and 6 adults the best part of our trip was the breathtaking view and being able the watch and hear the waves crashing while relaxing on the deck, thank you for a wonderful and beautiful stay!

We loved the location, the house was clean, and it was comfortable. The owner was responsive and communicated well. We enjoyed the pool table. We will rent again! My only recommendation would be to have less furniture in the front room, but it doesn't lessen my review. Great find!!

We booked the property for a long weekend with to allow my 96-year-old wheelchair-bound mother to enjoy the beach and sunny weather... or as she put it, To feel her toes in the sand again!The wheelchair accessible house is perfectly set up for a larger family with varying needs and levels of activity. The wraparound porch was perfect for watching the morning sunrise with a cup of coffee from one side and the sunset in the evening from the other. The house is extremely well maintained, clean and ready for whatever time one would like to spend.The description of the house and the communication from the owners left no questions as to what supplies and other amenities we needed to bring.The actual beachfront behind the house is separated by a rock breakwater so only accessible by climbing over the rocks, but the community access to the public beach is only a 1000' walk down the road. We used the convenient beach parking to more easily move the beach stuff as well as my Mom and her beach wheelchair.The 4pm check-in time was perfect for our group as several of us were driving in from out of town. The 10am check-out time on Sunday might seem a bit early but is set so that the host's cleaning crew can get in to clean and sanitize the large property before the next guests arrive. Later checkouts can be accommodated upon request.All in all it was a great weekend getaway for our family and the house was met all our needs.We'll be back!!

We absolutely loved the easy ramp access for our senior dogs! The front porch was where we stayed for 3 days straight. Watching the pelicans fly by and listening to the ocean was exactly what we needed. There was a breeze every day so we never had issues with bugs and enjoyed all of our meals outside. The top floor bed was so comfortable, we both slept like babies. Quick replies from the host and their graciousness topped off this perfect weekend. Thank you!

Great spot, highly suggest

Very clean! Well stocked kitchen for cooking all our meals. The deck overlooking San Luis Pass is the perfect spot to drink coffee and watch the sunrise!

We stayed in this home while we were down for a memorial for my mother. It was perfect for our all adult family. But would work perfect if you had some littles as well. We watched the dolphins off the porch each morning. The private beach was great to just go out and get some sun and then come back in to rest. We will book again!

*LOVED THIS HOUSE*We all enjoyed ourselves plenty of room for all of my grandkids to play and have fun. Location was great, beach access is right down the road (walking distance) or you can fish off the rocks in front of house during high tide. Rooms are big, a bathroom in every room. (just make sure you bring deep woods off Misquitos are outrageous)
