Beautiful home with amazing views. The home has everything you would need and is immaculate. We had a wonderful time staying there.

We had a fantastic long weekend, and Byron and Robin were very thoughtful hosts. The home was beautiful and clean, and we really enjoyed the stunning location on the bay. It was the perfect spot for a weekend reconnecting with old friends over a home cooked meal & cozy atmosphere, and we hope we can come back soon.

Byron made our stay very easy - he welcomed us and answered several questions immediately!

We rented the property with friends. The home was immaculate and the decor was very nice. The Kitchen was well stocked, the Living Room had fun things to do and the Bedrooms very comfortable. The views of the water were breathtaking, and we enjoyed exploring the park next door. The area was very quiet and the Town of Bristol very charming. We would highly recommend and hope to come back one day.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! The views were incredible! We loved our beach walks every day. The park is such a close walk and there’s a walking path as well closeby. The neighborhood was so quiet. The house had everything we needed and more. Byron and Robin were such wonderful hosts, we would love to stay at their home again!

Very clean, updated, lots of hooks (that’s a big one) and extras - instructions for everything at your fingertips - I wish all rentals were all like this! This beachfront cottage was perfect! Immaculately clean, well equipped, great aesthetic. This was perfect for our family and one of the most comfortable lodgings I have ever stayed in. Quiet neighborhood but close enough if we needed to run out for something. Proximity to playground was a plus. Host was lovely to work with. Hope we can stay again in the future! Thank you!!

Lovely well-appointed home in a beautiful setting, right on the water. Excellent location close to Colt State Park and the bike path. The back deck and back yard were a perfect place to watch the sunset.

We loved staying in Byron & Robin’s bayfront home in Bristol. It was beautiful inside and out, had everything needed. 5 Star home! Byron was super helpful, sending us so much information about the area, things to do, grocery stores, pharmacies etc. before our stay, he also kept in touch with us while we were there. He even brought us a bottle of wine on arrival day. We highly recommend this home for vacation and has plenty of room for families. Hope to be there again

The house was perfect. It was a sisters getogther and it was a great fit for the 4 of us. Comfortable areas for playing games and just chatting. Kitchen was very convenient to use and was well equipped.

The place was spotless. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The owners are very nice and came down to great us and ask if we needed anything. The views are fantastic. The beach is right next door as is the bike/walking trail. We will rent again.

The location is beautiful, waterfront, beach, all kinds of water and lawn toys. Good for all ages. Very nicely appointed and stocked with all the basics.

This was our fourth year staying at Byron's and Robin's beautiful home. That in itself speaks to the experience in this jewel of a beach house. It's impeccable, the linens are soft (and their fragrance is fresh and clean), and everything you would ever need is within the home. It's quiet, it's relaxing, the neighbors are friendly and you have your own private beach. What more can you ask?

This is such a lovely spot! It was our second trip to the cottage and the location was perfect for our long stay and active children. We waded on the shore, played in the backyard with the (many) provided lawn games, walked to the nearby sports complex and state park, tracked ships heading to port in Providence, and saw fireworks from almost every window during the 4th of July weekend. A bonus for bikers and exercisers: the East Bay Bike Path is a gem and cuts right through this neighborhood.Hosts Robin and Byron are welcoming, friendly, and attentive. It's easy to see how they end up with repeat guests.

This is a fabulous property in a fabulous location. Located at the water's edge, the beach house affords spectacular sunset views over Narragansett Bay. At low tide you can walk to the adjacent town beach in a few minutes or take a wooded path to the town sports complex with basketball, soccer, tennis, and a whole host of sporting activities. A short walk or drive away is magnificent Colt State Park, the jewel in the crown of Rhode Island oceanside amenities. The park includes biking and walking paths, fishing pier, campsites, and EV charging.Byron and Robin are extremely generous hosts who have designed and furnished the beach house with their guests in mind. They live nearby and promptly respond to questions about the property. Check-in is effortless with a programmed lock on the front door. The house is equipped with all the linens, towels, kitchen utensils, appliances, sporting and beach equipment, board games, and streaming services that you and your children might wish for.The view from the large master bedroom is spectacular and solid curtains block out the early morning light.The hosts have compiled an amazing binder full of recommendations for dining and adventuring in historic Bristol and nearby Newport, Providence, and New Bedford. Wonderful restaurants abound in Bristol, among them the Lobster Pot, with live music on the weekends, and the epicurean DeWolf Tavern. The beach house is a perfect vacation home!

This is a wonderful property. The owner continues to update the property and communicates with renters very effectively before, during, and after the stay. I will rent this property anytime I return to Rhode Island!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at Byron's beautiful waterfront home celebrating our daughters graduation from Roger Williams University! It was an incredible location, clean, updated and beautifully appointed with every amenity needed. It made for a great location for our family to gather close to town and the university for all of our events. It was so peaceful and relaxing to all be together overlooking the water, and plenty of room for our family to have their own spaces. Our favorite spot was all together on the deck or down near the water sitting in the chairs! Bryon was so helpful, informative and flexible and such a quick and responsive communicator. We can't wait to come back to our home away from home Bristol again soon, and Bryon's home is our first choice! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family for such a great celebration!

Waking up ever day to the beautiful view of the bay and watching the sunset was so relaxing! The location near groceries and other essentials was so helpful. But accessing the bike path and Colt State Park couldn't be beat! The beds were so comfy, and we all so enjoyed the house. We hope to come back in the summer months.

The location and view from the house were perfect. The amenities, including the availability of bikes, were great. The kitchen was stocked much better than we could have anticipated. We were able to bike extensively, especially within Colt State Park. We were able grill at dinner time and sit on the porch with a wonderful view of Narragansett Bay. In addition, the owners were very welcoming and provided extensive information about local eateries and attractions.

The property is amazing: comfortable, clean, equipped with every comfort (from kitchen gear to water and yard toys), and in the perfect location to explore Rhode Island. The host was very easy to communicate with as well as helpful and kind. From this beautiful home base we were able to easily explore New England, including the quaint town of Bristol and Newport. Could not recommend this home more! Thank you for sharing your place!

Property is on the water beautiful view. Great communication with owners. Everything was great I would just suggest if you have kids under 3 to bring a pack and play with you also need a high chair.

We had an exceptional stay in what I call a “perfect slice of paradise”! This home is impeccably taken care, more necessities than you could ever use and don’t get me started on the location. The property sits next to Colt State Park which we walked & biked through every day. The bike trail is less than a block away and the view from the back of the house is outstanding! There is a sea wall with attached deck furnished with adirondak chairs to relax on at waters edge. This is our 1st visit and we are already booked for 2025. Lastly, Byron is friendly, professional and should you need would be there for assistance.
