Stayed Feb 22, 2026The house was more than we expected!!! Beds very comfortable, lots of hot water for showers. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, lots of bottled water providedThe outside space was over the top. Great bbq for all our at home cooking and the lounging was fantastic. The beach was quiet and the neighbors we meet were friendly and helpful. Sunrises as well as sunsets were beautiful. We had dolphins as well as sea lions to watch almost daily

Stayed Sep 11, 2025We enjoyed our stay here on this beach front property with our dogs. The fenced yard was secured. The area was quiet and peaceful during the off season and the host was attentive to responding to messages. We will certainly be staying here again in the future.

Stayed Mar 14, 2025My spouse and I and our two wiener dogs totally enjoyed our stay at this house. There was plenty of room and easy, secure parking. The house was clean and comfortable and only steps from the beach. The beach was almost completely empty and there were lots of shells and wildlife to observe. It is a 20-25 minute drive to/from town but we appreciated the remoteness and planned accordingly. Our only advice to the property management would be to replace some of the pots and pans as they were pretty worn and also to have a slip prevention mat for the 2nd bathroom as it was worrisomely slippery. Neither were deal breakers. We definitely recommend and hope to come back.

Stayed Nov 21, 2024This is our second stay at the mermaid house. Great beach right off a covered patio. Home w great views. Comfortable outdoor furniture. Beach is not crowded. We saw dolphins playing w a kayaker right in front of the house. The next day we enjoyed watching the largest squadron of pelicans I have ever seen feeding in the waters right in front of us.
