Beachcomber: Spacious & cozy Las Conchas beachfront w/ endless views of ocean

The house was very nice. It's an older home that needs some repairs, but the location is fantastic. Our stay was wonderful. Be sure to bring your own spices, including salt and pepper, there is not any there, but the shakers are. Plenty of space for 8 of us. Would absolutely book it again.

The kitchen was not equipped, broken electric can opener and also dirty broken blender. Not enough towels or kitchen towels. The house is really run down. The photos were not accurate. The patio showed a nice table that sits 8 like the house can host. It only had 4 chairs. The steps to the beach were deteriorating badly causing a hazard. I have been renting houses in Las Conchas for 20 some years and had never been so disappointed. I am always in charge of renting the house for our girls trip and I was embarrassed when we arrived.My friends were all disappointed and said let’s never stay here again. Very upset to be missed guided by VRBO!!

We never talk to the host. The apartment wasn't spotlessly clean.

Excellent stay! Unfortunately, Not this home! The home listed here was more than disappointing, but thanks to the amazing team and the host, we were moved to a home twice the size. Even more beautiful than expected. So, thanks to everyone here at las conchas!

The good: Great location right on the beach. Set up of the house is good with bar area separate from kitchen. Lots of space to spread out. The upper deck is fantastic at night and made the bad much more bearable.The bad: The house needs some major attention; which is understandable from a beach house in Rocky Point. But have stayed at several houses in Los Conchas, and this one definitely needs a little more attention than others. 2 of the 3 showers did not work. One just leaked the entire time we were there. No hot water throughout the entire house. Patio furniture leaves a lot to be desired. There are several broken tiles on the patio that don't go well with bare feet. Access to the beach looks great, but there is a major drop off from the stairs to the sand. Very rocky beach area. And the worst part is dealing with Oceana Rentals which is who manages the house. After confirming with us that we could check in early, we show up at 12 noon as scheduled and are told that the house won't be ready until at least 3. But good news... we won't charge you for the early check-in! And when we were finally able to get into the house, it was obvious that nobody had been there in quite some time. Then during the stay when we tried to call about the showers not working, plus the one that just kept leaking, we were told somebody would be right there. Nobody ever showed up the remaining 2 days we were there. Cannot recommend staying here, largely based on Oceana.

The house was on the beach it was a nice area especially when the tide is high. There is quite a bit coral in the area, made it a bit hard to swim. Pretty overall

Overall our stay was great. Location of the home and the access to the beach was perfect.

The garbage disposal did not work, & dishwasher supplies were not enough. Power went out a couple of times & it was a good thing we had flashlights! The house was comfortable, but clearly needs maintenance. Loved the sound of the waves!!! Walking on the beach was heavenly!
