Bring the extended family to an exceptional stay in this charming 4BR/4.5BA Port Aransas House, just 600 feet to the ocean. Located at the Palmilla Beach Resort, this rental includes an on-site pool and boardwalk to the beach. Downtown Port Aransas is a 5-minute drive.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

A stylish, coastal theme awaits in this three-story poolside luxury home, equipped with an elevator and stairs. Large windows flood each room with natural light, while a private balcony overlooks the resort pool, the Gulf, and the Palmilla grounds.

The open living area provides ample seating, a fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV with cable.

The updated kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, including an electric range and a wine fridge. A large kitchen island makes meal prep easy and offers seats for eight.

Savor meals at the six-person dining table, or dine outside on the deck.

This 2,600 square-foot home sleeps 13 guests in four bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV.

The first floor features two bedrooms. The first has a twin-over-queen bunk bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen-over-queen bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

On the second floor, the master suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has another king bed. Furnished with a full-size futon, a sitting area in between the two bedrooms offers extra sleeping space.

A half bath adds convenience.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for four vehicles (two in the driveway and two on the street) are provided.

THE LOCATION

Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.

PARKING

This rental is located on the corner of Sunset Ave and Morning Glory. You will find two covered parking spaces on Sunset Ave and Agave. There are also two uncovered parking spaces in front of the home on Sunset Ave.

The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Offering 9 holes carved out of untamed native dunes along the Gulf, Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, rolling lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    We had 10 people stay at Poolside Paradise. There was plenty of room. AC worked great, bedroom fan ran a little slow but we brought extra bedside fans that helped. Location is walking distance to pool, guest services and gym. Highly recommend booking a golf cart. You can cruise around the Palmilla Grounds which has 2-pools, a restaurant, coffee truck, and Reds Cabana Bar. There is a golf cart drive way that has access to the beach . We spent most days cruising up and down beach and going into Port Aransas town for food and drinks . You can’t go wrong with any property in Palmilla but Poolside Paradise was 10 out of 10 for our group. We will be back.

    The house is amazing,Kitchen was well stocked. Location is next to pool, Grill, and bar. Property is gorgeous. Elevator was a life saver. The only thing missing was an outdoor grill and sharp knives . I recommend bringing a collapsible wagon to haul stuff up and down the elevator. This is not a place to stay if you can’t traverse stairs. There is no ramp to get in the house and kitchen is on third floor.

    The house was located right behind the pool! Just step out the back door and you are just a few short steps away from the pool. The house is 3 stories, with the bedrooms located on the first two floors, and main living, dining and kitchen area on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator in the house which was very helpful for us as we were traveling with two seniors who can’t do stairs. There was a few steps on the front porch and the back porch to enter the home, but only a few. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans and cooking utensils. Both a regular coffee pot and kuerig in the kitchen. Loved the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We will definitely keep this particular house in mind for future visits.

    I liked that the pool was right out back door. If you have small toddlers this is a 3 story and anyone below can hear footsteps that sound like a herd of horses all day.

    Everything about the house was great. Well stocked for entertaining/cooking. Comfortable beds & couches in the living room. Next to the pool and a short walk to the beach or bar. Only negative was the flickering can lights on the 3rd floor and the fans that only operated on slow. Would definitely rent this property again!
