Keep in mind that island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes. To help keep them at bay, our properties receive professional pest control treatments every month. Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

    Location of pool was perfect. Upstairs was perfect. Downstairs was a bit rough. Need a few more cooking supplies in the kitchen. Overall it was great and we will be back.

    Stay went well, was misunderstanding of layout, I thought there were 3 bedrooms upstairs but luckily 2 people canceled so it was fine. Didn't like that there was only 1 bathroom upstairs, family didn't like shower downstairs and wished there was a fridge down there. maybe a microwave also. Upstairs door was difficult to get in. overall a good stay.

    We've stayed at other units in Sunday Villas but this was out first time in this one. This is a great setup for a family with 2 queen bedrooms upstairs and has the benefit of a separate unit on the lower floor with an additional 2 queen beds. It was perfect for us with a toddler in one bedroom and older / adult kids in the lower unit. We had a minor issue getting in, but the property manager was very quick in helping us out. The property was clean with good AC in the upstairs and downstairs units. We really like the location, an easy walk to the beach, and a couple minute drive towards the ferry and other restaurants in businesses in that area, but it tends to be a bit quieter than some of the other more party-heavy streets. The pool is in the center of all the homes directly across the street from this unit, nice and clean when you don't want to be on the beach. Highly recommend this property, love the location and overall setup, property manager is quick to address any issues and the unit has reasonable and clear checkout policies and fees.

    We come to Port Aransas about 3 times a year. We hardly ever stay at the same place. Location is important to us - we like to be along 11th street for convenience to the beach and town, We would definitely stay here again- loved that it was on 11th street but it is in the back of the neighborhood so it is also private. This was one of the best places we have stayed at.
