Beach Please- Oceanfront easy access to the beach

Wonderful for 4 people. Just the right size table for playing cards. Had comfortable chairs and wall full of windows that opened for air circulation. Beautiful towels, and condo was very clean. Lots of deers that weren’t afraid of us. Excellent location and I definitely would stay there again! The only complaint was the toilet seat in one bathroom was a cheap plastic one, and moved around. I got my upper thigh pinched a few times. I would wish them to get a nice firm plastic one.

Didn't receive any pre-arrival instructions - had to hunt down where to get the key. One person at the property management company was a little persnickety - but did get the keys and had a great stay. Will stay there again.

The property was great and not only beach access but deer in the front balcony. Wish we were able to see the beach better from upper level but still fantastic. Doors and windows took a bit of learning but the instructions were helpful. Very peaceful and close to town for food and shopping adventures.

Perfect location and attention to detail.

When I initially booked this location on 12/1/24 I thought it was a little cottage…from the pictures! As our trip got closer and pictures were sent again, we realized that it was a condo in a huge building! We were initially disappointed but that soon changed when we opened the door! What a beautiful, cozy place to spend our get away! Perfect for 2 life time long friends aged 72! Convenient to literally everything Long Beach has to offer! We each had a comfortable bedroom and private bath! Absolutely 10 stars in our book and we plan on returning with both of our widowed sisters next year hopefully!

Would highly recommend. When I’m back this way I’ll try very hard to get this place again.

It’s a great apartment for a beach trip. Nice kitchen that’s well equipped. Good queen bed. Management was great.

Brought my parents for a beach vacation. The condo is on the bottom floor so there’s not a clear view of the ocean but it’s a short walk to the boardwalk, trails & the beach. The condo is nicely appointed, bright & decorated with beachy decor. Overall, we all really enjoyed our stay!

Comfy Cozy place to stay with family and nice short walk to beach. Stocked with everything you need. I called in advance to see if there was a bbq at the property, and they said no, and no other info was given. I didn't see anything online about absolutely NO gas grills of any kind on the patio/deck. We brought our small tabletop grill to bbq on the beach, but it was windy and rainy and ended up grilling our first night out on the deck. Someone from the property came to the door to advise there's a strict policy of NO Gas grills anywhere on the property.There were instructional signs for every other small item in the unit and nothing on the patio to advise gas grills are not to be used. A 300 cleaning/damage deposit came out for over a week after we left, and had concerns they were going to keep it due to the bbq issue. My sister and I cleaned the place up after ourselves, stripped beds, wiped up bathrooms, kitchen areas, folded up blankets, did dishes, and left the place close to the condition we had when we arrived. The visit from the eyes in the building really put a damper on our trip, and we felt less able to relax the rest of the trip. We mostly ate out since we had planned meals to cook. It was a nice place, but if there's a next time, will most likely stay elsewhere.

My family and I spent a wonderful week at the Beach Please rental. The unit was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything one could need on a beach vacation, kite included. Since the condo was on the first floor and so close to the beach, my 88 year old mom was able to take daily walks, which was lovely. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

This was our second stay at this property. It is close to the beach, with a pleasant view. The place is not far from the great metropolis of Long Beach. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. Just comfortable.

My husband and I, along with my sister and brother-in-law, stayed at the condo now called Beach Please for the third time this year! It is a wonderful place to stay - close to the beach and close to places to go in town. We had a great time and managed to get around to seeing places that were new to us as well as the usual spots. We are already making plans for a stay next year! I would heartily recommend this condo to people who like the beach and can enjoy the condo itself. Very satisfactory!

The place was lovely, quiet, and had a gorgeous living room with windows straight out towards the beach.

The property is well maintained and clean. We had a nice view of the beach. It’s a trek to get to sand but that’s not unusual for Long Beach. Nice kitchen, good beds, and lots of windows. It is not right in the middle of Long Beach which we like. It’s a bit hidden away. We will come back.

We had a great stay here. It was comfortable and cozy and met our needs. We enjoyed the view out the windows and the very comfortable, plush rocking chairs. The beds were comfortable. The toilet in the second bedroom was not appropriate for an older person like me. It was too short and there were no grab bars. There were grab bars in the main bedroom s bathroom and the toilet was higher. Overall, it was a pleasant, comfortable and relaxing day
