No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.
Guest Count: Ensure that the number of guests is correctly indicated in your booking.
Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.
Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

    We had a wonderful stay at this home on Folly Beach! The house was spacious and comfortable with three bedrooms, an open floor plan, and great kitchen counter space, which made cooking and gathering easy. The two bathrooms were perfect for our group, and being pet-friendly was a huge plus. The fenced-in yard was such a bonus and made traveling with pets stress-free. We loved the raised front porch — plenty of chairs and a great spot to relax and enjoy the breeze. The location was fantastic, close to everything but still felt peaceful. Overall, this home offered great value for the price, comfort, and convenience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a Folly Beach getaway! ??
