Welcome to 306 East Arctic, a 6 Bedroom/4 Bathroom home recently remodeled and updated. This home accommodates 12 guests and is one of our best deals on Folly Beach! It is 2.5 blocks from Center Street and is directly ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE OCEAN!

This home (rented as one unit) is a duplex with separate entrances that are only accessed from outside and boasts private upstairs and downstairs living spaces; each with their own spacious fully equipped kitchens, living areas and 2 full baths. You will also enjoy the private screened porch and deck upstairs as well as the direct beach access just across the street 3 lots down. There is also fully fenced in backyard with fire pit. Bring your pets (with approval), come stay and see all that this wonderful home has to offer for yourself!

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
Parking for this home is the grassy driveway area on the East Ashley side of the property and can accommodate 3/4 standard vehicles or a small boat and trailer (depending upon the size). There is a double gate on that side as well, but please do not park in the backyard as that is where the septic field is located and the weight of the vehicles can cause major damage; this is for emergency access only. Parking on the Arctic side of the house is pay-to-park, but there is designated parking on the Ashley side.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Pets considered: All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $150 (plus tax) per pet nonrefundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (2 pet max, no more than 60 lbs. each, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival.

The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 12 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

    Great location and layout of house was ideal for our family. Cleanliness of floors could have been better. The gas grill was unusable. Extremely dirty and gas bottle was empty. The dehumidifiers in downstairs bedrooms were were very loud.

    Loved the location! It had lots of spa e for us and the dog. It’s an old house and the inside doors don’t close well. Overall, we loved it! I appreciated the “starter” household items like soap and detergent.

    Property met all of our needs from sleeping to cooking. Dined out or picked up at Bowens, Rita's, Chico Feo, Woody's, the Pier and of course all things good at Bert's. Bring flashlights as property is dark at night. Great view of Milky Way from deck. We will hopefully be back on another milestone birthday!!

    The location is fantastic, just down the street from the beach. Communication from the property management company was great and the one issue that came up was addressed quickly.We loved the screened in porch, and the kitchens had everything we needed for cooking in.The separation of space worked very well for our 3 families.

    This location could not be more perfect! It was central to all activities in Folly Beach and a quick trip into Charleston. Communication was above and beyond and house had the perfect screened in porch for late night chats. Would 100% stay again!

    The property is spacious with more than enough space to accommodate our family of 10. As we stayed in and cooked many meals, the kitchens are well appointed. Any issues we had with the property were equitably satisfied and the staff that we dealt with were professional and courteous. We would definitely consider this rental again should we return to Folly Beach.

    One issue is the TV areas did not have enough comfortable furniture. A safety concern is the right front steps rail is very loose. The gate on upstairs deck will not close properly. The bathrooms and kitchens were excellent. Provided linens were also excellent.

    Our stay was great. The location was everything with plenty of sleeping room. The porches were a great place to hangout, especially the covered one for the rainy days. It looked like it could use a deep clean especially on the porch but that is what you expect a bit with an older beach cottage.

    The location was perfect. The house is old and needs some TLC. The back yard is expansive but has a broken down building next to the house that is full of junk and assorted trash. The ground floor reeked of mildew and it caused a number of people in our party to get congested and sneeze a lot.

    Stayed her to celebrate birthdays, new grandson and med school graduation! The house layout was great. 3 bedrooms up with. Kictchen, sitting area and great porches and three bedrooms downstairs also with full kitchen, sitting areas and patios. Perfect for younger and older family members!!!! Also close proximity to beach access and mainstreet. We walked to everything! Especially Bert’s
