Beach Home with Lagoon Views, Screened Porch, Deck & Community Pool. Only 5 Minute Walk to Beach!

The house was perfect for our group - with every essential we needed. It was clean and spacious. Well decorated and comfortable.

Everything was wonderful! Its a beautiful place. Everything you would need they had. Communication was excellent. Checkout was easy. We would definitely stay again. And so close to the beach, 5 min walk.

What a wonderful place to stay for our annual siblings’ and spouses’ getaway. The house is spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location is not in a busy area, but also very close to great restaurants and fun activities and sites. The hosts were very accommodating, answering texts quickly and kindly. We recommend this lovely house as a great vacation stay!

For the second year in a row, we had a wonderful stay at The Coastal Cottage. My college roommates and I take an annual girl trip, and this home had everything we needed for a perfect long weekend stay. The home is spacious and well appointed. The kitchen is nicely stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware, and the beds are very comfortable. We loved sipping coffee on the back deck, and the beach is so close by. We hope to come back again soon!

The house is beautiful!! The kitchen is well equipped and very cozy! Pelican Bay is a quick walk to the beach and the pool area is immaculate. We will be coming back!

The Coastal Cottage is absolutely gorgeous! So many “Charleston” and beachy decorative touches. The beds are super comfortable; each bed has lots of pillows and each bathroom has plenty of towels. We loved that beach towels were provided! The cottage is just a short walk to both the beach and pool. I can’t wait to come back!

Great location and space for our family vacation! We appreciated the layout and bathrooms with each bedroom for our extended family. The proximity to the beach and community pool was also perfect! P.S. The wine and cookies as a welcome gift were a thoughtful touch!

We had a very pleasant stay in the immaculately kept Coastal Cottage. We had everything we needed (bathroom towels, complimentary toiletries, beach towels, etc.) for our 5 night stay. The cottage was located in a quiet neighborhood just within minutes of walking distance to the beach. Communication from the host family was excellent! Would highly recommend to any family wishing to enjoy a peaceful holiday while also having the luxury of the closeness of the beach and a walking path to nearby hotel amenities .

We loved our stay. The house was very clean and we were able to get in a little early. The host responded extremely quickly when I had a question. The house is a perfect location to the beach and we loved having the wagon to help us carry all our chairs,etc. Lovely stay.

The property was in an excellent location despite the fact there was a lot of construction going on right outside the small neighborhood we were in. Quick walk across the street to the beach and great having a community pool. The property lacked a few things and felt like it wasn’t restocked before we arrived (with things like laundry and dish detergent). The property felt a bit older than pictures showed (a doorknob was broken, deck had a few nails sticking up) overall it was a nice stay just a few standard upkeep items for the house itself.

This was the best vacation home we could have possibly stayed in! The house was so well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed or wanted during our stay. It’s clear that the owners of the house care about creating a beautiful and cozy home. Not only was the house a nice place to sit and hang out with friends, it was a great place to get some work done as well. The beach was so close, which made it nice to just pop over before we had something else planned to do. Would absolutely come back again!

The house was very clean, well-appointed and just a few minutes walk from the beach! We appreciated the emails from management that included all the information we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

My daughter moved to Mnt Pleasant from Connecticut and works as a nurse at MUSC. We had fun exploring Charleston and the beautiful beaches and restaurants in the area! The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We will e back soon! Ty! Sincerely Jill and Chris D decorated

This home was the perfect choice for myself and two best friends to stay for our annual girl trip! Each bedroom has its own bath and the kitchen has everything you need. And the beach access was a short walk away. It was perfect!

This house had everything we needed for an easy vacation at the beach! The bedrooms are cozy, the kitchen is very well stocked and the indoor and outdoor living areas are perfect. The walk to the sand is maybe five minutes and to the water thirty seconds more. This is house in in a resort so the beach is private, clean, and an unexpected surprise. We will stay here again!

Very easy, beautiful property

We have stayed in many rentals and rooms in Wild Dunes and rank The Coastal Cottage our favorite. The house is just the right size for a family of five with teenagers. It’s cute and clean, well stocked and furnished, and an easy walk to the beach and resort amenities. We’ll be back and will recommend it to our family and friends.

The Coastal Cottage had the perfect set up for our family of five. Everyone had comfortable beds to sleep in. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook/grill. We enjoyed walking in the mornings around the island. Beach access is very close- a 3 minute walk. It’s also close to the grocery store and the marina. We had a fantastic family trip! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This was the best house I have ever rented! Tons of amenities on the property and in the area. Would definitely rent the house again!
