Stayed May 10, 2026Clean home with useful amenities. 4 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed screened porch and under-the-house TV sitting area. Shower at parking area was great to remove sand from beach. Quiet and relaxing. Beautiful beach.

Stayed Apr 1, 2026Isla Vida was the perfect spot for our Sunset Beach getaway! We appreciate all the thought and care that went into making our stay inviting, comfortable, and delightful! We especially enjoyed picnics and riding bikes on the beach. All the beach gear (cooler, bikes, buggy/wagon, chairs, canopy, and sand toys) provided made it a breeze. The screened porch and downstairs sitting area were great spaces to relax. Local wildlife (deer, bunnies, and a bobcat) were always fun to spot and watch.
