Stayed Jun 26, 2025This rental is located about 25 minutes away from Durango and 50 mins away from Pagosa Springs. Well stocked, and quiet location. The master bedroom bed (with topper) was too soft and the back bedroom's mattresses was a bit hard. The dryer was full of bedding and towels. The outdoor trash was full so it was difficult to get rid of our trash. I reached out to the host who responded immediately, but the trash situation was never resolved. Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend.

Stayed Jul 1, 2024My family and I were so incredibly pleased with this beautiful home and the spectacular surroundings of the San Juan National Forest! The drive to Durango and beyond was absolutely stunning, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the cleanliness of the home, the beautiful furnishings, and it literally had every amenity we could possibly need! We hope to be back soon!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was charming, comfy and well furnished. The home sits back off the road so it was quiet with both deer and wild turkeys passing through.

Stayed Jul 21, 2023Good location for us since we were in town from Phoenix visiting family in Bayfield. Easy drive to Durango or Pagosa. We were the first to rent the home. There were a few hiccups but the property manager was very responsive.

Stayed Jun 15, 2023This home is on a mountain road but not way up in the mountains, which we appreciated. It was close to Durango and Mesa Verde National Park. The house is well-equipped for making meals in if you decide to do that. We will stay here again if it’s available.
