Stayed Sep 13, 2025We enjoyed this comfortable home, and it's location so close to downtown and the crabbing dock was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants, and the Cranberry Festival was a nice bonus. My husband could load his crabbing gear in a wagon and walk the block to the crabbing dock early in the morning.

Stayed May 5, 20258” step up into house is very difficult for anyone disabled. Front needs a 4” platform to make it easy to get into house. Should be a platform, so a walker or wheel chair can enter via front door. From garage it is more like 6” which is slightly better. We enjoyed our stay and the little cottage. It was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nice that it is so close to town.

Stayed Jan 10, 2025We booked this for my son's birthday trip. It was well located so that my 16 year old son and his friend could walk to both the town/diners and the beach and feel some freedom, while I was within 15 minutes of him. The property manager was so kind and put up a few birthday decorations for us, so that when we arrived my son was surprised (very simply per my request) The property itself was the cleanest of all the rentals we have stayed at in the past couple years (we average 4 a year) it was well stocked and centrally located. Our family can not wait to go back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Unfortunately, the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort doesn't have enough housing to accommodate its guests. This place was a great find. It was an easy 15 minute drive to the Bandon Dunes Lodge and the town of Bandon was a nice small town with plenty of restaurants and shops to visit during my stay. The house was small, but much nicer than staying at a hotel. The shower is very small, but that was the only time I felt cramped. I read in one review of the place that the garage is too small. I rented a Toyota 4-Runner and it was no problem fitting into the garage. Also, the specs I read said the place has a washer. It also has a dryer.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024Location is fabulous on Coquille River which flows to Pacific. Neighbors are nice! Adequate kitchen supplies. Found shower to be very small. Plenty of TV’s. We golfed in Bandon and did not spend much time at property. Very convenient!

Stayed Jul 23, 2024We loved the location. We could walk all over Old Town Bandon. The Warehouse Coffee Shop was great for morning coffee and a light breakfast. The view of the Coquille River from the front room was so peaceful. We used the twin beds in the second bedroom for our suitcases and dressing room - as it was near the bathroom. The main king bed was soft and comfy. The only downside to this property were the double property fees, be aware anther company manages the home and adds an additional fee and property insurance to the cost. The kitchen was well supplied - but we only had one hand towel, one kitchen towel and a half roll of toilet tissue provided for our five night stay. There were four bath towels - so that was good. Also, there is a little step up going from the main part of the home to the main bedroom and the garage that could be a tripper or difficult for anyone disabled. We would be back - but would book directly through Evolve to avoid the double fee. It’s a lovely beach home and the location is everything!

Stayed Jul 19, 2024This cottage is all you need for a peaceful retreat in Old Town Bandon. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants, get coffee, tacos, and souveniers all within a few blocks. The views of the river are very relaxing. The neighbors are very kind. A great place to stay!
