Back Bay 5813 by Wild Dunes, Home with Amenities

Our family of six enjoyed our recent stay in Isle of Palms. The property was just as pictured with modern, comfortable decor throughout. Everything was clean and functional. The location was a short walk to Wild Dunes amenities. It’s our second trip to the area and we definitely intend to come back again. We would rent this same house if it were available when we visit.

Very nice but last night saw two roaches in the kitchen and one in the master bath.

Lovely home in Wild Dunes close to the swim center which has an awesome outdoor pool. Close to boardwalk inn which has a yummy breakfast selection for the days you want to dine out for a leisurely bite. Master bedroom / bath is spacious but the 2 other bedrooms share a hall bath so you have 2 full baths. Lots of space to relax and furniture seems new. Great rental. We drove to beach and parked at the owners beach house area because we have friends who live in wild dunes - you could walk to the beach but kind of a hike and we had our own equipment so it was better to drive. If you have to cart tons of stuff this may not be the best location. We loved it! Thank you!!

This home is super spacious and well appointed. We had a family wedding at Wild Dunes and this house suited our needs as a home base for all the festivities. The furniture and decor are beautiful and new. The home's location within the resort is super convenient and only a few minutes walk to the amenities. We didn't have enough towels, but after a call to guest services, we were given more. The only minor inconvenience was that we were unable to get hot water from the kitchen faucet, only warm. But all other faucets and showers had hot water, so we never said anything. The driveway only holds two cars, just FYI. The resort is very nice, the beach is amazing and I would love to return someday!

This home is beautiful. The furnishings were very pretty and updated, and the house was clean upon arrival. A few things to note-- you have to pay an additional fee at check-in. This would have been helpful to note and be aware of beforehand. We had an issue with our A/C not working on the upstairs level where the bedrooms were our first night in the house. This was not resolved until the next day. Once resolved, we didn't have anymore issues. Also, it would be expected to have at least one towel set for each guest (the max occupancy) during the stay. We had to call to get towels and it took a day for someone to come out and bring us some. The distance to the beach is not very clear in the listing so I would note that you will probably need a bike or a golf cart is you are wanting to take a bag, coolers, chairs, etc. Overall good experience and would return.

We really enjoyed our stay. House was clean and well kept and in walking distance to the Wild Dunes Amenities and beach. We will definitely rent this house again next summer.
