Back Bay #11 - Elevated 2nd floor townhouse located at Back Bay 11 on Folly Beach. The clean and stylish property boasts two balconies, views of a tidal marsh and is only a short walk to Center Street and the beach. The main living area has open flow between the kitchen and living room with a queen bedroom and full bath located on the main floor. 2nd floor- Master bedroom has a king bed with attached bathroom tub/shower combo and a screened in porch off the master. The third bedroom (alsoon 2nd floor) includes a queen size bed. There is a crib located in the master bedroom walk in closet. Crib sheets are not provided. There is a baby gate at the top and bottom of the stairs. There is a propane gas grill located on the exterior ground level. The townhouse is equipped with a washer/dryer.

PARKING:
There is parking for 1-2 cars inside the garage. There are two open spaces for the whole neighborhood to the left of the garage. They are not assigned or designated and first come, first serve. There is also open parking at the entrance of the neighborhood alongside the garden. You may parallel park along the south side of Michigan Ave. Parking on the streets and sidewalks in Back Bay is not permitted as this impedes access to the units. More importantly this may impede emergency vehicles getting to a unit in an emergency. All Tires must be off the pavement.

There is no pool access at this townhouse.

Things to know:
-Sewee Properties Booking Process: You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
-Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. All other reservations require a 50% deposit to reserve the property. The final payment being due 30 days prior to arrival.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
-When placing a deposit to reserve a property with Sewee Properties—whether by phone or online—you acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined in our Guest Agreement.
-No pets allowed

    Perfect spot within blocks of the beach and rooftop bars. I’m sorry I thought I did this earlier but the house was absolutely beautiful!! I really enjoyed every room. They even had beach chairs for us. I wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were comfortable , my daughter was happy to have her own bathroom. That was a bonus!!

    Location is super close to restaurants and beach! Blocks away. And, just a short drive into Charleston. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms perfect set-up. Condo was spotless and had everything we needed for a stellar stay. Just have to be able to do stairs. No beach chairs included but easy to rent at beach. Quiet neighborhood. Nab this rental if it’s available!!!

    The townhouse was perfect for our annual friends weekend with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space plus come together to cook dinner together and eat and catch up. It is a beautiful townhouse and beautiful weekend friend’s of 50 years!

    I have family that have homes on the island. I've come to Folly since I was a child for summers. Now that our family has grown I've had to rent a place every year for myself, my children and grandson because we've outgrown the two family homes at Folly. This place was the favorite of myself and my kids this far. Our goal will be to stay in future years. The bedrooms have ample space, the beds don't overwhelm the size of the room and they are so comfy. Most places we've stayed, the bedrooms are crammed to make the most out of space but not the case with this home. Clean, convenient and very well stocked. The kitchen was exceptionally stocked, I normally struggle with other rental homes having the conveniences of my home kitchen...not the case here. Everything I needed and wanted was provided. Absolutely perfect and such a great price for the accomodations.

    We loved staying here. Everything was super clean and so close to the beach! Didn’t hear any noise at night and we loved having the screened in porches!! No bugs so our babies could crawl around freely!! Definitely would stay here again!
