Awesome Marsh View w/ Golf Cart

This is a great property and in a great location! The golf cart was a bonus for us and we really enjoyed it, made it easy getting to and from the beach as well as checking everything else out. Host was excellent! Answered any questions we had & in a very timely manner.

Everything was great. The owner was easy to get a hold of and very quick to respond. The only negative thing to say is that we felt like the house could use some updating, some maintenance, some TLC. Otherwise, the house was perfect. We each had a bedroom and we all had our own bathrooms. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach.

Mike was a great host! The condo is in a great location and was perfect for our Labor Day weekend trip.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this scenic home. You can watch golfers from the back window. We used the bikes, the pool, the golf cart. Very convenient, Would return.

We loved the space and peace that this place offered our family. Close to everything but far away enough to relax. The golf cart was a lifesaver and really the best way to get around on the island. Property manager was very responsive and friendly.

Amazing location, the house has all of the amenities you could want being away from home, spacious house. We had 8 guests in the home, bedrooms were a great size and house was spacious enough to spread out. Great pathways for biking or walking around community, to beach and a quick drive to Charleston. Beautiful views! Definitely recommend!

Great space with all the supplies and amenities to make vacation easy and fun. Any questions were quickly answered by Mike. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay

Very spacious and well stocked. Having items you can use at beach is a plus...chairs, umbrellas, things for kiddos to play with, and cant forget the golf cart. Swimming pool is close. Just very relaxing to be there.

Lots of space and well equipped. We enjoyed bike rides, beach time, and sunsets. We’ll be back!

The home has everything you need for a great stay at the beach. Golf cart is a huge plus!

Loved our two week stay at Mike’s. House was so comfortable, just as pictured and described. I highly recommend and will stay here again. Mike was very responsive, too. Great stay all-around!

Loved the house location, poo,l golf cart, beach supplies, and house supplies. Only negative but a big one. The master bathroom shower was terrible! You couldn't take a shower without the water coming uu to come over the shower edge. Scared me a little at first. I learned to get wet and turn off water, soap up and soap hair, then hurry up and rinse off.. Horrible! Needs drainage issues worked on. A definite problem that needs help. Would definitely go back if this was cleared up but not if it's not.

The house was great, but what really was terrific about our stay was the property manager. We had to reach out for a minor issue and he was returning our call/text in minutes. As others commented, the house is stocked with chairs, bikes and beach tent. The golf cart was perfect for going to and from the beach. The view is really beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!
