Stayed Nov 25, 2025The house worked out great for our Thanksgiving family get together. We had a large group and the expansive kitchen-living area was wonderful for eating, watching football games on TV and playing board games. The kitchen was well stocked and there was ample seating for everyone. There are TV's in every room so watching different programs was easy. The game room was a plus to keep the younger ones amused.

Stayed Aug 14, 2025Great house! Much larger than it looks, plenty of space for a group. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need and storage. Loved the outdoor space as well (just make sure to bring your mosquito repellent!). Pool could use some TLC. There were broken tiles, and the pool guy who came by noted how murky the water was due to pump not working (lost a day of pool time as he had to treat it heavily). But overall great house on a quiet street!

Stayed Jun 23, 2025We spent the week at IOP at this beach house 3 blocks from the beach. House is wonderful & deceptively large, had plenty of room for our large group of 3 families with kids. Property manager was great & responded quickly to all inquiries. We went to the beach every day which was a breeze for us with the golf cart.

Stayed May 23, 2025Great stay! Owner allowed us an early check in which was great! He provided us info for golf cart rentals etc. Quick response time. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and having a double fridge was convenient! 5-7 min walk to the beach

Stayed Apr 5, 2025Really liked the openness of the kitchen/living area. Grill was clean and easy. Pool was perfect. Only slight problem was squeaky bedroom doors.
