Awesome Downtown Condo with Pool!

Great stay in Savannah. Parking was never hard to find, it was wonderful having a Kroger within a 2 minute walk and we loved sitting on the back porch and enjoying the sunshine! Thanks so much!!!

Great Hosts! Very responsive and accomdating to all needs. Great neighborhood, easy to park right out front. Very good location near forsyth park. The host stocked all necessary amenities and the home was well kept and very cozy. Will definitely stay here again! Would give them 11 stars if possible!

Great location near Forsyth. Quick 6 minute Uber ride to City Market and River Street.

Everything necessary was available in kitchen and bathroom! Pool was clean. Parking was always available right in front of property. Would definitely stay again if in Savannah area.Georgia

Close to grocery store and Forsyth Park. The room was very clean with a king size bed. Small porch in rear for sitting and relaxing with your favorite drinks. Swimming pool in rear was very clean but a little cold. Easy to navigate to other attractions and about 15 minutes from airport. Had a good time.

The host David was very accommodating and responsive. The condo was just rhe right size for the two of us but had capacity for more. Very nice place to stay in an intriguing part of town (good intriguing!)

Place was great - host was welcoming. Would maybe consider putting the WiFi login details somewhere like the fridge and might consider giving a basic streaming account for guests. Otherwise great spot. Great location. Good neighborhood. Within walking distance of many good spots. Would recommend again

Washer and dryer was available so no clothes to wash when I get home!

Great stay! Property was as advertised. Great location! Away from the heavy tourist area, but close enough for everything to be walkable; and a grocery just a block away was nice. After hours of walking around, the pool was an added plus to cool off and relax. Condo was perfect for us. Mattress/pillows were super comfy, plenty of hot water, 2 nice sized TVs. Overall very nice. Owner was easy to deal with and was easily accessible for questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

check in was a breeze, they were so kind as to let us drop off our luggage so we could walk around town until check in. Kitchen was a great, had everything we needed.

Perfect place to stay in Savannah, so close to everything in downtown. The place was clean and ready for us. Everything was provided, even pool towels, which was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice property, pool was very clean and there is a Kroger just two blocks away. The neighborhood the air bnb isnt fantastic, but you are in walking distance of Forsyth park.

Perfect location, great pool, comfy!

The apartment was great, very clean & well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to many places of interest & Kroger. We did have a couple of small problems though. We did not receive instructions from Vrbo when we arrived but the owner was very helpful & responded quickly. Then on our last night we were awakened at 1am by neighbor (525 I think) who was drinking & could not remember how to get in his apartment. He refused to leave so my husband called the police & the matter was quickly resolved. Overall it was a wonderful stay & we would stay there again if we ever go back to Savanah.

Had a great stay here - location is perfect, parking was super easy, and place was totally comfortable. The bathtub was a nice treat, too.

This property was a gem. Nestled right in a neighborhood just minutes from restaurants shopping and the River Walk. We stayed in the one bedroom. Everything was clean. Kitchen was fully stocked and all the appliances worked perfectly!The in unit Full washer and dryer (Front loader) were awesome.Never lacked hot water; king size bed was like sleeping on a cloud!Swimming pool was clean, and refreshingly cool!I will be booking a stay with this property owner again!

Property was clean and suited our needs. Kitchen had everything needed to make a small meal. Bed was comfortable. Bath tub could be very difficult getting in or out for some people. The tub floor was very slippery.

Don’t have a single complaint about our stay or the property! Very convenient location and parking! We stayed her to move my daughter into college. We couldn’t book a hotel as my father in-law helped us move and his truck wouldn’t fit in a parking garage. So this was super convenient with parking as well which was a concern for us. We had more than enough parking directly in front of this property! The bed was super comfortable, and the property easily fit 4 adults comfortably. All necessities were provided and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Will most definitely rent again on our visits!

Very nice property near pretty much everything in Savannah. Check in and out were a breeze and the cozy place was perfect for my girlfriend and I on our weekend getaway.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with a Kroger a couple blocks away. Forsyth Park is just a couple of blocks further. All one level. Huge tub. Secluded pool area in the back.

This cute condo was exactly as advertised. Nice neighborhood, easy parking, quiet and relaxing. Our host was welcoming and it was easy to communicate with him.

We were staying in Savannah for a few days leading up to our son getting married on Saturday. The location of this property is ideal with a Krogers a short walk away. The living room, bedroom and kitchen were perfect and when it got a tad bit cooler than expected for this week we were able to switch over to the heat which worked perfectly. Sorry that we didn't get to use the pool out back, but I'm sure that others staying here during a time of pool appropriate weather will end up enjoying their stay even more. Would definitely recommend.
