Awesome Beach house with Private boardwalk in Port Aransas

Everything was clean and easy

The property was a very short walk down the boardwalk with direct access the beach; covered parking (perfect for our Jeeps), overall very clean and convenient. We typically don't stay on the Port A side, but if we do again, we will definitely be back. Only thing I'd recommend is making sure you have your own grill if you choose to do that (there wasn't one), but our burgers still came out great on the stovetop. :-) Owner was very accommodating and prompt with responses as well. Thank you Chris for sharing your space with us!

The house was falling apart on the outside. Be cans left in yard. The inside was nice.

Perfect place to stay! Plenty of parking, plenty of kitchenware to cook if you choose. Very roomy. Super close to a beach access road as well!

Black mold, broken windows, poor security practices, delabidated home inside and out, dirt-stained furniture, inoperable smoke detectors, and a threatening host, among other things. We vacated immediately. VRBO agreed with us and refunded full amount of reservation when the host wouldn't respond to any attempts to discuss the matter.

Had some concerns, but management was very helpful in getting the resolved.

The A/C in the downstairs was out on our arrival and the upstairs A/C was off. Temps in the house when we arrived were 88. The owner sent out a tech who said the compressor was out. Before you rent, make sure the A/C is working. The owner said he is refunding one night of our two-night stay. The house and neighborhood were nice, the house needs some general maintenance. Several boards on the upstairs deck are not screwed down. Paint is peeling on the front porch, and as stated, the A/C was not working.

Arrived at property and wasn’t sure we were in the correct location bc the house looked so rundown. Photos were either taken years prior or someone took some creative liberties with photoshop. Inside was as described.

Just a short walk from the beach with a clean spacious area to rest and relax afterwards. Large fridge and kitchen perfect for meals together and playing games. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

Great beach house and setup but could use more hanging racks for clothes and towels in master bathroom. Overall would definitely recommend. Looking forward to staying again.

This home was an absolute gem for our Memorial Day weekend trip! It was wonderfully spacious, impeccably clean, and boasted a modern design. It was perfect for our family of four. With two living rooms, we had plenty of space for board games and quality family time. The private, quiet neighborhood was a huge plus, and we especially appreciated the outdoor shower and the washer and dryer. Parking was super convenient, with so much space. Plus, the reliable WiFi and cable made it easy to stay connected and entertained. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and highly recommend this family-friendly retreat!
