Welcome to The Brighton House, a stunningly restored 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat in the historic Revival Street Collection. As a winner of the prestigious 2022 Carolopolis Award, this home masterfully blends historic charm with modern comfort for an unforgettable Charleston experience.



The bright, airy living space features a vaulted ceiling and stylish shiplap walls, creating a cozy spot for gatherings. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is ready for you to prepare your favorite meals.



Your group will rest comfortably in three beautifully appointed bedrooms. One of the three full bathrooms is a luxurious sanctuary, complete with a double vanity, a separate glass-enclosed shower, and a magnificent standalone clawfoot tub.

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

    We were here on a girls trip and had a lovely time. Charleston is a wonderful time. The host, Stay Duvet, was fantastic. Easy communication and very accommodating.

    We had a wonderful stay and girls trip at Brighton House! Stay Duvet was very communicative from the start. We were able to check in early upon arrival, which was very helpful as we took an uber and all had our luggage. The house was just as advertised. There were 5 of us and with two king beds and a double, there was plenty of space. We didn’t utilize the stove as we ate out every day, but the coffee maker works great! :) The beds were comfortable. It was a great location too! I would only say memory foam pillows would be nice, but not a deal breaker. The cold water was not very cold from the tap either, but not sure that is something management can control. Those are small things. We really had a great experience and a great time in Charleston. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

    Easy parking included with the location. Easy to walk to several restaurants from this location. Site is rated for 6 people but is a bit on the small side. Absolutely no storage area other than closets in one of the bedrooms. Not too convenient. Thought the price was too high for this location.

    Everything in the home was as described. The home was clean and had everything needed for a nice getaway. Each morning, we enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the balcony/patio (there's a cute coffee shop a few steps away however we loved the automatic drip coffee maker inside the home). We had so much fun doing our daily walk on King Street. The cafes and restaurants were fantastic, we even got to sing karaoke at a place on King Street. It was a wonderful time. I highly recommend this home. We will be back!

    We had a great time! Nice beds, towels, spent most of our time on the deck off of the living room. It was a rainy time, but we walked King streets had lunch at Henry’s, enjoyed Forte music venue, had dinner at bistrology. Visited sullivans island and ile of palms. A great time was had by all. We will be back
