10 STARS!!! Tiffany & Don are excellent hosts and take hospitality to a new level. Cannot say enough nice things about them & their home!! Spotlessly clean, fully stocked, close to everything....this location is A!!!

We stayed here while in town for my grandmother's funeral, and it provided a much-needed place to relax and unwind after some difficult days.The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our family. We especially enjoyed the game room and spent several evenings playing games together. It was a great way to decompress and enjoy some quality time during our stay.The rock-and-roll décor was a fun touch and gave the home a unique personality. We enjoyed all the details and thought that went into the theme.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and entertaining place to stay. Thank you for helping make a challenging trip a little easier.

This was the perfect gathering spot for a family graduation. The games were exactly what we needed. The house was immaculate. The hosts were communicative and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

It was an amazing place to relax as we had a busy busy week in Johnson City. Fantastic place for my toddler to let loose after a long day of being stuck in the car and it was so nice to have a decently stocked kitchen and toy box on top of everything else.

Stayed here for a week in April. Nice quiet neighborhood to spend the week while helping college daughter out after she had ACL surgery. No complaints with the house. It was very clean, had plenty of space, and was very well stocked. Yard and deck made a great area to sit out and enjoy the outside. Kitchen had all the supplies we could need. Although we never used it the game room was a great setup. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The couch is the main living room is a bit worn. It was fine - but definitely not new as the description as said. Dining room table area was very useful for us. Location was good - away from the immediate busyness but within a short drive (5-10 minutes) of mall, restaurants, and other stuff. Word of warning that the rooster next door crows a lot! It was not a problem. Became kind of a running joke for us but if there is a light sleeper in the secondary bedrooms they may hear that. We did not have any problem or complaint with it. Tiffiny and Don were great hosts. Communication was great and very friendly. All in all a good stay. We would stay here again if back in town for several days.

We stayed at the house for a soccer tournament. Great location- only 5 min from the fields. Host was amazing. Helpful, offered a late check out since we were playing in a championship game and needed that little extra time to get out. We will keep this in mind for our next trip here! House was clean, washer and dryer worked and yard was perfect for the fur babies!

We stayed here after attending the Nascar race in Bristol. The house was a easy 20 minute drive from the track! Check in was super easy and the house was clean and as advertised! Will be looking to book in the future!

Everything we needed was provided. Our stay was comfortable and the hosts had many fun activity options available for all ages and interests. Very family friendly!

This place was amazing. We were only there for one night but there was plenty of room for my four boys to stay busy. Is going to Johnson City. I highly recommend you quiet and comfortable. Tucked away behind everything else. And the hosts cared about our satisfaction.

They had lots of things for families to do, they had tons of items for kitchen usage, lots of blankets and extra items if needed. They were very good at communication and very quick to answer any questions! Highly recommend! The backyard was very nice also

The host of this home was so accommodating. She supplied all the comforts of home to make us travelers welcome and was quickly responsive to questions. The home is very well kept and met our every need.

We traveled from upstate New York to spend Christmas with our daughter. The house was well suited for our family and dogs. There is a big fenced in back yard and an awesome game room. They even went an extra step and put up a Christmas tree and decorated.

We were up for our son's wedding. Hame room was great a small gathering. Definitely stay again when back in town.

Everything was perfect!!! House was very well stocked. We stayed in December and the house was decorated with a beautiful Christmas tree. I would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay with Tiffany and Don. Great hosts! And the name, Family Retreat is quite appropriate. While our schedule didn't allow us to enjoy everything they provided (and it is a LOT) we know when we next return we would want to explore even more. The home is very comfortable, communication was fantastic, and lots of extras were provided. Truly a great place to stay!

Very clean. Great and easy space for 6 people to cohabitate. Close to restaurants and parks. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. Parking was spacious. Would recommend to others and would stay again!

Absolutely perfect for my husband, myself, and our adult “kids”. We all really enjoyed the game room. Would love to stay here again the next time we are in town to visit our daughter at ETSU.

Tiffany and Don were awesome hosts. Their communication was great, and allowed us to check-in early. The home was very clean, warm, quiet and welcoming. If we needed something it was already provided in the well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and game room. We’ll definitely stay again when visiting family and friends. Thank you Tiffany and Don for an enjoyable stay.

The rental I selected and used was TOP SHELF ! Everything that was listed was in perfect order. My Host was in contact with me before the visit and fill me in on security codes that I would need. I can't thank my host enough, as everything was PERFECT.

We absolutely love this house, I was impressed with how Tiffany and Don thought of everything! I have never stayed in a better stocked or a cleaner home! That said we did want to share a bit of feedback that we hope is helpful. The air-conditioning unfortunately didn't cool the space well, and the temperature stayed quite warm even with the fans going, especially overnight which made it hard to get a full night's sleep. If the issue with the air-conditioning is addressed I would definitely love to return to this clean-charming home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable and cozy cute, very very clean and has everything you would need and the beds were really comfortable. There is the coolest game room! Especially a kids retreat of entertainment. Great communication with the hosts!The neighborhood is pleasantly quiet. In the mornings the backyard is alive with birds singing their songs! A place to definitely return to for another stay!

This property is exactly as advertised. Very clean, very well stocked and beautifully decorated. It is located less than 10 minutes away from shopping and restaurants in a quiet residential neighborhood. The hosts were wonderful as well. We had a small issue that was addressed and corrected immediately. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property.

Just stayed for the weekend . Teenage boys were entertained with air hockey and billiards.

We loved staying here! The kids (and maybe us as well) thoroughly enjoyed the game room and all the toys available! The house was well stocked with everything you could ever need and the hosts were very responsive! Great for families with small children and conveniently located close to town! Seeing family needed extra space

Huge attention to detail, all the coffee was stocked, the kitchen had everything you could need, the linen closet was stocked. There was plenty of room to put our stuff. The neighborhood was quiet. We stayed over Christmas and enjoyed the lit tree on a timer, the twinkle lit garland over the fireplace mantle. Our small dog loved the fenced in back yard. The game room was fun. We did a load of laundry Everything was clean clean clean these VRBO hosts are the best. Would stay again.

Our daughters college graduation brought us to this area. Our stay was short, but we enjoyed this property. Your town was nice too. We'll be back in the warmer times to explore the parks.

Pool table was a big hit along with feeding the chickens.

We can in for ETSU family weekend with our 2 small dogs. Great location. Not too close to the campus and not too far away. Lots of room. Great beds and a game room. Back yard was perfect for our dogs. will stay again.
