Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

    The place was well stocked, comfortable furniture; cute decor; off street parking was a bonus!! Quite a few restaurants in walking distance and only a few blocks from “the Dash” bus stop… the free shuttle in Charleston. The host was super attentive and responded promptly to our inquiries. Perfect place for girlfriends to the gather!!

    Cute apartment. Great location away from the hustle and bustle but I’m a neighborhood with some local shops and lots of great restaurants. A lot of attention to detail in the apartment including plenty of towels, high quality toiletries and as much storage as they could fit into the rooms. The space was pretty compact, but organized as well as possible. Mattresses and linens were very comfortable. Hosts were responsive and have a storage room a few blocks away where we were able to leave our luggage on check out day before we had to leave for our flight.

    Great place for 5 people. So much to see in Charleston and the location is great. Not too close to the center and crowds but plenty of places to eat in the neighborhood. Can walk to the center of of old town.

    My husband and I stayed here with our teen son while we were visiting our C of C daughter. We walked everywhere and always felt safe. Rental was clean and had enough of what we needed to cook a couple meals. Management company was very easy to communicate with.

    Proximity to all activities, venues and airport was perfect! A bureau or valet in the primary would have been helpful. Plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. Well stocked kitchen!!! Absolutely love the decor!!!!

    This place was perfect for me and 3 sisters. We came in for weekend to shop and dine. This place is clean and so cute! We all enjoyed so much. Location is good, just blocks away from King Street. We felt safe and had great experience with Ubers.

    We really enjoyed the convenience of the location. Neighbors in the building made a lot of noise coming home from drinking one night but that’s kind of to be expected in a building with multiple units in Charleston. The floor does slope a little in the kitchen area so just keep that in mind for people who have walking concerns, but to most people it’ll just catch you off guard once and be totally fine after. Well decorated. Beds were actually decent! Bunk beds a total plus.

    Cute space! Accommodated 3 of us perfectly! Having 2 bathrooms and the living/kitchen area was wonderful as we did make lunches in house. They stocked all the tools you need for basic cooking. Beds were comfy. There is a Publix close by (with limited parking). We had a rental car and liked having a designated lot to park in without having to struggle to find street parking. We were able to easily walk to nearby shops… neighborhood felt safe and was fairly quiet. Our group is used to walking and physically capable, but if you’re not wanting/cannot take longer walks and want to have the more prominent parts of King Street outside your door, you may find this location more of a challenge. As others have mentioned though, there is easy public transportation and rental bikes nearby. There are also some public parking lots/garages downtown if you have a car and don't mind paying to park. Street parking can be challenging during busy times. Management was very quick to respond, offered recommendations for restaurants and things to do and even provided us with a couple fans for our bedrooms when I asked if they had any…. we sleep with fans for white noise. :) They were helpful with accommodations! We had a great time and would stay here again!

    We had a blast! Austelle was clean, comfortable and cute! Very walkable to downtown and great restaurants. We had one minor issue and called the management office and they returned our call immediately with a solution. We would definitely stay there again.

    My best friend and I met in Charleston with our adult daughters for Spoleto and to introduce our girls to Charleston. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and helpful. Would recommend.
