Aspen Leaf Chalet Vacation Home at Windcliff

House was very nice. Clean and well appointed. Far up on the road. However, the excellent view was obscured by many mature trees on the lot. This was not apparent from the pictures in VRBO.

The property is exactly as listed with all the amenities required for a large family or friends gathering. Being greeted by a running waterfall was stunning. The stunning drive up the mountain even more exciting. Just can't say enough about how well appointed this property was. Comfortable beds and pillows a rarity. Highly recommended!everrarity.

The house was beautiful and the view was even better. It was perfect four our extended family vacation. Great location and access to RMNP.

The property is absolutely beautiful and full of so many nice touches. It is well appointed and well maintained. Excellent location, amazing view, very clean, chock full of everything you’d possibly need, everything in working order. Be aware that the listing does not explicitly say that there is no AC. Maybe this is common for the area—I’m unsure. But in June, the house warmed up to 80-85 degrees. We kept windows and doors open when we were there, sure, but coming home after an all-day adventure and literally sweating in the house was not fun. It took hours to cool down to a comfortable temperature. Two other minor things: 1. The garage door has no remote. So if you plan to park in the garage: after pulling out, someone has to go back in, hit the button, and sprint underneath the garage door in order for it to close. 2. The property has physical keys that you need to pick up, look after, and return to the office. Just FYI—no keyless entry, plan to make two separate stops. Finally, I did have a $400+ charge on my credit card after checkout. When I inquired, the office stated it was an error, and they did promptly reverse the charge. Mistakes happen, I understand. The larger point was that I was pleased with the swift and responsive customer service to fix the problem.

Very wonderful views, clean, good space for relaxing inside and out. Would prefer to not have to pick up physical keys, but it was easy and convenient.

Amazing views in a great quiet location. The place was super clean and super comfy. Great place for a large group. Everyone had there own space. Home is very well supplied. We we’re grateful to find something so nice. Thank you.

This property is beautiful but you would think with this nice of a home it would have A/C. Nope. Also all but one bedroom is down stairs and the layout is awakard you have to go through a room to get to restroom. If you have kids 10 and under it would work but we have teenagers and wasn’t good. Would stay elsewhere next time.

Lovely home, comfortable and plenty of room for my family to hang out and visit. The view was awesome! I loved sipping my coffee on the deck and watching the hummingbirds. When we weren’t running to wedding appointments, we just wanted to hang out at the house. It was peaceful and the house itself was gorgeous.

My sisters and I took our families and my Mom for the weekend to celebrate our Mom's 75th birthday. The house had an amazing view and provide lots of space for us to sleep, cook and spend family time together. We would definitely go back again!
