Great place and wonderful host - we had everything we needed

Great place to stay if you’re going to the Ark Encounter. Has everything we needed for our family. Very clean and the host was very helpful and attentive.

Over all a nice stay, there were a few things that could make it a nicer stay. I did communicate these items to Travis our host.

Overall the home has a very nice set up with the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, the kitchen table comfortably sat all 7 of us. It’s about 10 minutes from the Arc Encounter. All of us being together for my mother in law’s 86th birthday was the gift that we needed for this trip and this location fit the bill. Thank you for providing that for us.

Our stay was great. The house was clean, plenty of room to spread out, great location. Owner was quick to respond to questions. I would definitely recommend it.

We were on a trip to the Arl and property was close. Very clean and host was very prompt answering any question i had.

Perfect for families! We visited the Ark Encounter and it was only 10 minutes away. Clean and just as described. We would highly recommend.

It was great

Everything we needed was available at the house. Living area, kitchen/eating area, bathrooms and Sleeping facilities fit well for us. Only downside was the challenging short steep driveway, as we had three vehicles (two were large) to park, unload and load. Not a showstopper. Just challenging as we live in a flat (not hilly) area.

Great place to stay

We liked the 5 separate areas to sleep, (4 bedrooms and the bed in the gaming area) and 3 full bathrooms for us all to get ready in the morning. Just a few minutes drive from the ARK Encounter. The biggest negatives were the pool table is in the garage and it was too cold to use it in the winter, and there was only convenient parking for 2 cars.

The beds were excellent, the place was nice and clean! We are a family of 6 and we all had our own space for the night and the main area had a nice sitting area. We really enjoyed it!

Highly recommend!! We booked our stay in May, but in November we had something come up and needed to shift our reservation by two days. They were so cooperative and helpful, and moved our stay so that all of our family could partake. The house was spotless, and they provided breakfast cereals and coffee! There was also shampoo/crème rinse, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Communication was excellent, and every need/concern was quickly addressed. For example, we found that one of the showers was draining slowly (it happens ). They fixed it right away!!

Great location, close to everything with easy access. Home was neat and clean and fit our needs perfectly.

We didn't like the driveway. Slope was too deep. The rest was fine

This little town was easy to get in and out of and see what we wanted to. Home was well organized and comfortable. The split level worked well for three generations, grandparents, parents and teens. Thank you for making it such a nice home

This house is very nice. We stayed here with 3 couples - we each had our own bathroom! Travis was helpful in recommending a fun place to hike ?

We came up for a conference at the Ark Encounter with our two adult sons & daughter-in-law. This house was perfect! About 10 minutes from the Ark, so easy to go back & forth. The guys enjoyed the game room & the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Everyone enjoyed the stay. There were a few minor issues but overall the stay was good.

Travis was awesome. The home was beautiful and the location was great for our planned outings for the week. Travis was very helpful and even the people who lived in the neighborhood around the home were so nice and friendly. The home was close to what we needed and there was so much for my kiddos to do in the home. We will definitely stay again!! Thank you Mr Travis!!

We picked this home because it was close to the Ark Encounter and it met our needs for bedrooms/bathrooms. House was very clean.

Ideal location if visiting the Ark which is just a short distance away. Property was comfortable and clean. As we were 4 adults each using one of the bedrooms available we could had done with some extra towels but we shares what we had and got by. Would definitely consider staying here again if visiting the area. Maybe the host could update his house book with suggestions for some good restaurants to visit.

The property is exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and close to all local attractions. The four bedrooms give everyone privacy. The garage games provide entertainment for everyone. The only complaint is the stairs are rather narrow and hard on bare feet (the owner asks that you not wear shoes inside). Overall, a great place to stay.

Great location for visiting the Ark. Dry Ridge has a variety of food choices and fun for children.

Travis was easy to work with, and helped get us navigate some issues with vrbo to get us in the night we needed. The house was very warm and welcoming and had more than enough rough for us including my brothers large family. The older kids loved the game room, and the little ones enjoyed all the books and toys. All the beds were very comfortable, and the location to the ark was great. Would definitely stay here again if we came back.
