Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Felt like a home. Close to the BOB and GLC Live. Easy to book, easy to stay, great place. 5 stars!

The residence was very clean and modern. It had all the needed amenities.

The kitchen needs a few extra things, like containers, dish towels and dish cloths, scissors just simple things and the bathroom just needs more hand towels, other than that it was very nice.

Extremely clean house, with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommended!

Pleasent experience

We didnt do any cooking. There were utensils, dishes, mugs and glasses for 4.

The kitchen was equipped, but no snacks were provided this was listed in the brochure. Overall home was cozy.

We are 4 senior female travelers. While the property itself was clean, the location of the property was undesirable. Instructions were unclear in regards to operating the showers. We could not get water out of the shower. The stairs up to bedrooms were steep and narrow - not suitable for seniors or children. Toilet paper and towel bar were broken. Electrical outlets were scarce. Trash cans outside were overflowing and needed to be emptied. Front porch steps need a railing. Had trouble with digital locks, but did get a prompt response. Beds were comfortable, portable air conditioners were noisy.

This is a very charming home in a perfect location! Minutes to the downtown area and less than an hour to west coast beaches.

This was such a cute property! Very clean and modern - perfect for my group of girlfriends and I.

It would have been my pleasure to give a 5 star review however our reservation was canceled. With less than 24 hours notice. For my daughter’s wedding weekend. Not much else to say except getting a constant barrage of emails to review a canceled property that had been booked for a year just adds insult to injury. It was an unbelievable amount of stress trying to find an alternative. Again. With less than 24 hours to do so.

Everything was great. Nice accommodations and perfect location. Only issue was there are no towels in the kitchen

Was close to downtown Grand Rapids. Communication with host was great. It got SO COLD at night upstairs (winter stay).

Clean, modern, bright and comfortable place with easy peasy check-in and out. The design was really cool and everyone in my party was comfortable. I appreciated the book of instructions and all of the local food and entertainment recommendations. The owners are clearly thoughtful people. The only thing I’d do differently next time is bring my own pillow because those provided were all pretty thick and I just happen to prefer a thinner one. Thanks for a great stay in a fun city!

Very cute house, we have stayed before. Clean and neat.

We were in town for a wedding, location was about 9 minutes to downtown which was perfect. Overall, the house was really cute and clean. My only complaint would be that the living room area is very small, so if you are planning to hang out all together, it is a bit tight. I would stay here again if I was back in town.

Clean and perfect for the fam

The home and host were perfect for our weekend get away. We were able to walk to a few places and the neighborhood is quiet.

The hosts were very easy to communicate with and the house was very cute and cozy! A perfect place for us to go to and from events for a family wedding. Thank you again!

We stayed here to attend a concert at Van Andel Arena. The house was very clean and updated. Everything we needed was provided as in the property description. Location to downtown was great! Owners were very responsive and provided us all the info we needed for check in, etc.

This property served our needs well. We seemed to be no more than 10-15 minutes from just about everything.

The beds were so comfortable, the house was gorgeous and clean, highly recommend.
