A beautiful looking house from the outside which lives up to that impression once you step inside. So much room available with 2 sitting rooms, a dining room, a large kitchen, utility room and a boot room. In addition there is a large double bedroom on the ground floor, absolutely brilliant if you have a guest with limited mobility. Four other bedrooms are on the first floor, all are large and well appointed. All five bedrooms are en suite with showers. A great place to stay with several really good restaurants within walking distance, we had dinner at the Cafe Bistro and the star hotel, both were excellent but anyone visiting really should try the cafe Bistro, it was actually exceptional. Good communication from the hosts throughout with an excellent instruction pack in the property. Great place to stay, would highly recommend it.

This house was just perfect for our party of nine adults. It is beautifully kept and incredibly well equipped. We had the added bonus of fantastic weather so made very good use of the garden furniture and the extensive sunny grounds. Loads of activities nearby. We enjoyed quadtreks on alvie

We had a great stay in Kingussie. House was amazing - even bigger than it looked in the pictures and very clean and well appointed. Lots to do in the local area.
