Stayed Jul 30, 2024We booked for our yearly girls' trip sans husbands and kids. This was the perfect place for it! We spent lots of time in the pool and jacuzzi, checked out local eateries, and lounged to our hearts' content! We encountered a couple of issues that were quickly resolved, as Nick was always available and responded quickly.

Stayed May 10, 2024We enjoyed a wonderful weekend with our family! Nick was a great host, super quick to respond to any of our needs! The house was beautiful, especially the backyard with the pool, firepit and lovely landscape! A super large dining table for all of us to sit around for a dinner. Thank you Nick! We would come again! Stayed Mar 22, 2024This was the perfect house for our visit to San Diego. Beautiful house, well-appointed kitchen, great pool and outside lounging area, beautiful view, quiet area...the only thing we would change is extending our stay! Highly recommend staying here - we will be back!

Stayed Feb 28, 2024We had a great stay here. Very comfortable place, great outdoor space. Nick was extremely responsive. 5 minute car ride or long walk to beaches, grocery store, restaurants, shopping. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again for sure.

Stayed Mar 30, 2022My family are originally from Solana Bech, it is a quiet burb, nestled on the coast between the I-5 and the 101, so SUPER handy. Spacious, drifting gently towards spartan yet attractively furnished home, with gorgeous valley view, pool and hot tub. Classic, understated beach home, perfect for relaxed living in a PREMIUM location. Your family will love it!
