Stayed Aug 28, 2021No surprises - condo was clean, organized, properly stocked with essentials - all good. (Minor note; 2nd floor, larger bedroom both reading lights stopped working. Not sure what the problem was.) Great time. Please advise guests there is a shortcut to downtown thru the town parking lot behind the condo. Hiking Shank Painter Rd. is a lot longer - didn’t discover this til day before our departure 😣.

Stayed Aug 22, 2020Dave’s place was perfect for our unexpected P-town getaway. The easy walk to town made exploring all that Commercial St has to offer a breeze. Hanging out on the third floor balcony was lovely for morning coffee and pre-dinner cocktails. The condo was very clean and well stocked with essentials. We would definitely recommend it.

Stayed Jun 29, 2019My friends and I (there were 6 of us total) had a very enjoyable stay the week of July 4th, 2019. David was communicative, and the place was very clean and in a good location. The welcoming wine and toiletries in every bathroom were also a nice surprise.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This modern town house provided all comforts for our stay in Provincetown. Close to Center of town, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet needed to relax. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. We enjoyed staying in on rainy days as much as going out to enjoy Provincetown on the beautiful sunny days.
