Stayed Jun 7, 2026We had 6 adults, a 1 year old and a dog. This house was perfect for us. We had plenty of space, great bathroom availability and it was fantastic to walk out the back door and be on the beach. It was all we wanted it to be. We cooked in for most of our meals and the kitchen had what we needed. Everything worked smoothly with the host to rent the property and get access to the house. Easy peasy.Ed

Stayed Sep 5, 2025The location was perfect! The house was clean. There was a bit of confusion on the layout of the bedrooms. Our only real complaint was we kept running out of hot water which was very frustrating. We kept trying to stagger showers and laundry but inevitably a few of us were always getting cold showers.

Stayed Apr 6, 2025If I had any complaints it would be about the weather (chilly!), otherwise our week at this home was perfect. There were plenty of towels, dishes, cook wear, seating areas, and we LOVED the huge front porch, especially for our pup! Three bedrooms with beach view was a huge perk. Washer and dryer worked great. We will totally stay here again if the occasion arises.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024On the quiet end of Folly Beach, very chill and laid back. The deck stairs are on the beach that we had to ourselves.
