Amazing Beach Retreat Close to Center Street~ Hudson House

This is an exceptional property! Beautiful, modern, well equipped with modern appliances, superb bathrooms with amazing water pressure, open floor plan and great light! We enjoyed the porch - also furnished with dining table, chairs and huge porch swing, and our doggy loved the fenced yard. Covered parking out of the sun was also excellent, and the house is in a super location just couple blocks to the beach, shops and restaurants! All in all definitely 5 stars, and highly recommend!

Many think of Folly Beach for summer vacations. We all loved our Thanksgiving visit. This house was ideally located near restaurants, bars, and shopping. A few blocks and you were at the beach via the adjacent beach path. The home was immaculate and the perfect space for us to gather as well as find our own space to relax.

I stayed at the Hudson house with 4 of my girlfriends for my bachelorette party and we were so happy with the place. The house itself is so cute and right next to the beach access path and a short walked to the beach itself. The properties managers were also sweet and attentive to detail. We definitely all agreed we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We love this house!!! The location near center street is so handy but the house is so well I solares we never heard any of the noise from downtown. We have never stayed in a cleaner place! It must be newly remodeled! The floor plan is perfect for three couples and the kitchen was very well stocked!!! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The house is absolutely perfect and a great location to walk to everything

Our holiday was fantastic. The property is clean, the location is perfect, we absolutely loved it. We will absolutely be coming back!

We loved staying at this beautiful home. The huge porch swing is what originally grabbed my attention when looking for a rental in the area but once we arrived the house was perfection. One block off Center Street and steps from Low Life, Chico Feo and Bert’s Market makes the location great. The beach access cut through is on the other side of the fenced in parking area (which is clutch considering parking can be an issue in some areas) and quickly takes you to the pier. All three bedrooms are nice sized with their own bathrooms and tvs. Downstairs is the largest bedroom and their is an additional half bath off the kitchen. Under the house is additional entertaining space for when the weather gets a little warmer. The porch is where we had coffee and drinks and enjoyed the ambience of the neighborhood. You are directly across the street from a golf cart rental outfit which next time we might avail ourselves of but honestly everything is easily accessible on foot. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautifully appointed home with a relaxed vibe on Folly.

This property is incredibly convenient to the beach and Folly downtown. With 3 King beds and 3 en suite bathrooms (plus a half bath off the living room) this place is perfect for a group get away or couples getaway.
