Amazing Beach House Teulada

We did a road trip around the island of Sardinia and stayed in many places. Jody's house was by far the best. Super clean, bright and beautiflly decorated. We had first class treatment from the moment we arrived. We can only recommend you book this place if you want to discover a wonderful part of the island away from all the tourists.

We decided to escape the winter months of North Europe and spend some time touring South Sardian where the temps are still 20 degrees during the day. We stayed in many places but Jody's place was far the best. Extremely clean, bright and just on the coast. The stove. a big reason for our choice, but was never used once. Beautifully decorated inside and out. We spent out 5 days relaxing abd listening to he nature in complete peace. If you are looking for some time away from the stresses of life but have the option to arrive in many small towns in no time at all than this is the place for you. Thanks Jody. We will be back in the summer.

We had a great stay in the lovely house. Near the house were little beaches and we made nice trips to other very nice places. The highlight was Porto Flavia!

Jody’s place is sublime and even better than it appears in photos. The private yard and outdoor space is stunning. The house is super comfortable and well equipped. We explored most of the south side of Sardinia and felt that Teulada was the best location for many reasons. Book your stay today!

We spent a wonderful week in this house. Excellent standard, very clean and well equipped and maintained. The garden was perfect for our kids (2 & 4 years). Beautiful sandy beaches are within 5-20 min by car. Communication with the owner as well as with the local agency were excellent. Overall: highly recommended!

If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing, private and beautiful place then you should book this house. We wanted some private family time and we were not disappointed. Jody's house has everything you need and more. Super clean. We loved being so close to the coast and having easy access to the wonderful beaches in the area. We rented Jody’s house for 5 weeks and loved every minute! We are a family of 5 with 3 small kids and had another family to stay for the last week. Although the house is small for two families, it is perfectly designed and so comfortable, it never felt cramped. The house is charming with some really gorgeous, homely touches and we were very happy to stay for this length of time here. Jody and Emanuela were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them and this made the whole experience so easy. We appreciated their help so much. The surrounding beaches are glorious with a relaxed and unspoilt atmosphere. We would recommend this place to anyone. We had a wonderful holiday with enduring memories!

My family and I generally stay in hotels or resorts but for this holiday we wanted something more private and we are so happy that we chose Jody's house. The house has all the comforts you need and more. It has absolutely everything. So beautifully furnished and super clean. It is positioned a few minutes walk from the sea where I went swimming everyday and read my book. There are so many amazing beaches in the area. I highly recommend this house. The location is unbeatable and if you are looking for some privacy then this is the place for you. In only ten minutes you can reach the lovely town of Teulada with all the shops etc you need. This is a fantastic property, recently and perfectly refurbished with an architectural touch and high-end fixtures. We absolutely loved every detail. Meticulously clean, the furniture is new, excellent kitchen, air conditioning and insulation work very well, the patio is lovely, the garden is tasteful and well kept, the location is absolutely quiet and the level of privacy very high... everything is just right. The property is part of a tiny ensemble of small houses, tucked away some 200 meters from the main road, which we never heard. You can reach a rocky beach by foot in five minutes, otherwise a vast selection of sandy beaches and coves is disseminated along the coast road. You can park your car beneath a tree just outside the entrance to the house, a detail which makes life easier. We communicated easily and efficiently with both the owner and the realtor, who have both been totally nice and helpful, and never intruded. For us, a family of five, there was not a single negative aspect to our stay, which, in our experience, is rare.
