All-new waterfront home with on-site pool, golf, & easy beach access

This was our second time staying at this property. Everything was perfect! Beautiful home that was well equipped with anything we could possibly need. Gorgeous views too!

Being able to spend quality time with family in a beautiful home. I hope the good lord will bless me with many more years to do it over and over again. Did not want to leave. I had a beautiful time with my family.

The Cattail Castle is amazing. Ample parking. The kids bunk room is perfect. Washer & Dryer on every floor. Card & game table on the 1st floor. Don't worry about the kitchen, dining and living room being on the 3rd floor because there is an elevator. Worked perfect. Kitchen has everything. 2 ice makers. You will never run out of ice. Outside shower to wash off from the beach. But honestly, stop by the pools (They have showers too) to relax before returning to the house. The AC worked great. Each bedroom had everything. The description of the home doesn't even do this property justice. We have stayed at 3 locations at Palmilla Beach Resort and this is the best. I can't even list all the extras that come with this property. We rented golf carts for convenience. The beach is a longer walk but doable. The outdoor sitting areas are fabulous. One on the east side facing the sunrise and the other on the west. A clear view of the beach. Thank you to the homeowners for building such an amazing home. You thought of everything.

This is an amazing home and was perfect for 12 of us to stay in. We loved the whole house but we especially enjoyed the master bedroom which had its own kitchen and fridge. We could make coffee early without waking anyone else.

Our children and grandchildren came with us and we had wonderful bedrooms for everyone to stay in and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. We loved the master bedroom which had a separate ice maker and small refrigerator so we could enjoy our coffee first thing in the morning without waking anyone. We would definitely stay here again!$

Space for everyone to have their own privacy and a large family room and kitchen to gather together. Close to the beach and the pool is great. Very clean.

Nice property, but very problematic elevator. If you have people with medical issues requiring this elevator, be leery. We got stuck in this elevator no less than 5x - traumatizing for sure. There is one blowdryer in the entire house and zero paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc. outside of what is on counter/in containers. For the amount of money spent, this house was disappointing to say the least. Nice house, neutral stay.

Our family of nine had a wonderful time in Port Aransas and our accommodations at The Cattail Castle made it perfect. So many amenities in this beautiful extremely clean home. We had a king bed for everyone of our three adult couples, every bedroom has its own private full bathroom. Really appreciated having the two kitchen sinks, two dishwashers, two ice machines and a utility room on two floors. Probably the best was having an elevator to get our groceries and luggage upstairs. We loved our stay in this beautiful home and can’t wait to come back.

We rented this home for our 3 families with children 5 and under and had a wonderful time! The weather was rainy so we spent quite some time in the house and it was clean and spacious. It also had baby gates at the bottom and top of stairs which was great for our toddlers. It also had Sonos throughout which was a nice bonus. We would definitely rent this house again in the future!
