Stayed Aug 2, 2025From check in to checkout everything was awesome. We did have an issue with a blown fuse in the kitchen. We contacted the owners and they were very responsive and had a crew there that afternoon to address the issue. Much appreciated! The home was lovely and decorated so cute. We would love stay there again.

Stayed Aug 25, 2024Unfortunately, there’s not a whole lot of good to say about our stay. When we arrived on Sunday evening to check in it was easy.When we got to our home, it was dirty the floors were filthy. The rugs were filthy the couch had hair dog hair all over them, or some type of hair, the beds had not been made. We had to wash our bed clothes before we would even sleep in our beds. The vacuum cleaners were so nasty that when I contacted Mrs. Wilkins to tell her these things I told her I was going to go buy vacuum cleaner and she told me oh no please don’t, I will have a maid come in tomorrow and clean it up.And I told her no thank you that we would do it ourselves because it was just all uncalled for not anything as they told in the booking.My daughter cleaned until 4:00 am getting there bedroom acceptable to sleep in.Also before the week was out, I spotted one large cockroach, I have pictures of a medium cockroach and pictures of a small cockroach,and everyone knows where’s there’s 1 there’s always more. That just about put me over the edge.The trash can on the outside was full and very rancid.It would’ve been nice to have had a clean home,that you felt comfortable laying your head down in the bed and go to sleep after traveling 6 1/2 hours but that’s not how it turned out for us. Don’t get me wrong. I thank God that we had a wonderful week together as a family we made it a good week, but the conditions were not as they were stated and the house was dirty.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024We had a wonderful time during our stay. We love staying in this community with all the amenities and private beach access. We had to do some light cleaning prior to unpacking. The floors had debris left over from previous guests and were in desperate need of mopping. Our feet were black after walking barefoot for just a few minutes. However, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the space was plenty for all 4 of us and our dog. We especially enjoyed the front porch with ceiling fans. The location inside the community is perfect. Close to the pool and quick golf cart ride to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 16, 2024When we arrived, we had to sweep and wipe down counters. It was nothing with the host it was the guest that was in the home before we arrived. I personally had to clean the bathtub before I could shower due to the guest before not cleaning it. There was spills in the floor that wasn’t not cleaned up and chip crumbs in the front. Other than that it was a fabulous house and I would absolutely stay again! And the host was absolutely amazing with communication!!!
