Adorable Grand Pavilion House/w full Grand Pavilion pool access

This is fourth or fifth time we’ve rented from Beth and couldn’t recommend her more. This particular house twice. Everything is always clean and organized. This house is right down the street from the beach, and just a couple minutes walk from the shops and firepits. You can walk just about anywhere you need to be. We’ll be back again next year for sure.

Four of us were there for a tennis event. The house was in the perfect location to walk to the courts and also to several food options in the evening. And when we had free time, just steps to the beach! I would stay here again, for sure.

AC was not working at arrival but was attended to quickly! We have stayed there before and there has been some wear and tear that needs attention. However, place is lovely!

Clean house, great environment and location to beach and pool access. We had trouble with the AC unit - talked to Beth and she resolved the issue quickly. Would highly recommend this stay!

Excellent location with close and handicap accessible location in terms of getting to the beach. Would have like a baby gate on site to make life a little easier with little ones and those steps. We loved the screened I. Porch out backs. Furniture was very comfy!

Wonderful visit. Close to the beach & pool. The only thing that we didn't realize was the number of stairs in get in/out of the house. This was difficult for older members of our group to navigate. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Property is in an excellent location. Loved having a grill and all the space under the house for beach equipment. The kitchen was well stocked and the living space was a nice size. Master bed was very comfortable. I gave the property 4 stars because the living room rug and sofas had stains all over them, as well as the carpet upstairs. The cushions on the back porch need to be completely replaced - they are covered with what appeared to be mold or black soot. They were gross. Many of the air vents looked like they needed to be cleaned - the one in the master closet looked to be coated in mold. If this property was cleaned really well I'd consider staying here again.

The location at Isle of Palm and steps to the beach were perfect. The house is beautiful and very clean. The issues we had were with lack of communication with the property manager, the house although clean was extremely musty and we had to buy all the house necessities. Very minimal was provided as in one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 6 day rental and absolutely no condiments etc. Everything had to bought for the home. Overall however we loved the layout of the home and location.

We love staying at Wild Dunes and this house! The location and size of the house is perfect. We loved the screened in porch the most. It was also nice having a garage and space under the house to leave bikes, sand toys and coolers. There was some spots in the coaches and outside furniture and the dryer took a few cycles to run, but overall the house was nice. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and weather

Great home in the most beautiful setting. It is hard to beat 4BR/4BR when you have a large family!

Beautiful house in an amazing development. Even the not-so-great weather did not affect the stay. Family met together for Navy graduation and unanimously decided this was a great choice. Every family unit had their own bed/bath, plenty of room for meals and family time. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, and a playground. We would choose this again!!

Property was very family friendly. Very homey. Did not feel like we were in a show case. Nicely decorated. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Location was ideal. I would book the property again.

A super confortable home to enjoy your vacation. Highly recommended, walking distance to the beach, bike rental and tennis. You will not regret it

Property was really great- short walk to the beach, fantastic resort access, nice house with a great floor plan. Beth was helpful and responsive. We had a great stay with family to visit our Citadel cadet.

If you or anyone in your party had allergies don’t stay here. The mold in the house bothered us the entire stay. The musty smell was tough to manage. The smell is on the main floor. The property manager brought over damp raid but the problem is either in the walls or in the ac unit itself. Cleaning was poorly done but the manager promptly fixed that and issued a refund for the clean. Hot water in the master doesn’t get hot because the valve is installed incorrectly. Manager sent a handyman to repair and they didn’t fix it so the shower in the master was not useable. Normally properties of this price range supply basic supplies like toilet paper or trash bags but not this property. The unit claims to be a “luxury boutique rental” but not a ton of luxury present. Location is outstanding! Close to the beach. If that’s what you care about this is the place for you!

Although Hurricane Debby interrupted our stay, we had a good 2 days to enjoy the house. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Would stay again.

It was wonderful. Easy check in, was exactly as presented. It was perfect for both daughters and their families. Plenty of room to spread out. Loved the bunk room for the kids. Each got thier own bed and being upstairs the youngest was able to sleep while the rest of us played games. Kitchen was big enough for several people at one time. Very well equiped and the grill was an added bonus. Initially concerned about distance to beach. Turned out it was right across from the adult pool and the board walk. Only a short walk to the pools and beach. Can’t say enough about how great it was. Can’t wait to come back next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean with nice amenities. It’s is very close to the beach and the best of Wild Dunes resort.
