Stayed Jun 11, 2026Cute and quaint home, a couple of blocks from the beach! Perfect for a small family or couple getaway. Beds are a little firm for my taste and the shower stall was tight but other than that, it was just right. Laundry room is in a separate unit and is shareable but no issues. Lots of books available and cute swing on the front porch!

Stayed Apr 21, 2025The property was perfect for us. Clean, convenient, quiet and close to walks on the beach and restaurants. Staff at Best Rentals could not have been nicer. A visit with dog treats and a help with a business issue was taken care of with efficiency and a smile. Highly recommend a stay on Folly with Best Rentals.

Stayed Apr 3, 2025The cottage was everything we needed. It was clean and close to the beach making our stay very pleasant. The only thing is that the bed felt like a full (I believe queen is on the listing) but it was still fine.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025We really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet part of Folly. We had excellent communication with the company who handles the rentals. We left our beach chairs at home b/c the listing implied there were some available there were no beach chairs. No big deal we bought some. I was happy to be able to take my 14 lb dog but was surprised that I had to take her for a walk at night before bed due to the signs saying no peeing or pooping allowed on grass. We would never leave dog poop in the yard, and would hope other dog parents would know not to do that when someone is generous enough to let you stay with your pet in their home. We would go back and stay there. We enjoyed that it was a short walk to the beach and could literally walk to town if we wanted to..

Stayed Oct 7, 2024We enjoyed staying at this rustic tiny cottage. It was well maintained and the grounds and amenities were nice. We loved the screen porch and could hear the waves with the windows open. Also there was laundry and an ice machine on the beautiful grounds. Really nice. Would stay here again.
