Bedroom 2 – King bed, ensuite bath with a rain shower, side tables with lamps, writing desk.
Living Room – Stylish sofa, swivel chairs, coffee table, bar, shiplap walls, elegant lighting.

Bathroom 1: Rain shower, handheld shower, marble and tile floors.
Bathroom 2: Stylish glass enclosed shower, tile floors.

Kitchen – Fully stocked with modern appliances, Keurig pod/pot coffee machine, and pantry storage.
Dining Area – Oval table with four upholstered chairs, seamlessly connecting to the kitchen and living room.

Spiral Staircase Entry – Leads to the second-floor piazza with cozy outdoor seating. Note: The spiral entrance may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. An electronic hoist is available to lift suitcases and bags to the second floor.

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. The exterior copper roof and guttering provide additional warmth and character. It`s the real deal!

*If needing early check-in or late check-out please DO NOT ask until the day before check-in at earliest due possible last minute rentals. If you absolutely NEED it, I would suggest renting the night prior*

    Perfect place while visiting Charleston! Place was clean and well appointed. The luggage lift was used to get our things up to unit with no issue. Spiral staircase was fun. We only made coffee so can't speak to using the kitchen. Would recommend Holey City Bagels which is right around the corner and Chez Nous for brunch or dinner. SO good, off the beaten path, small and wonderful atmosphere.

    In town for a funeral with sister; the 2/2 accommodated our needs well. Everything (shops, restaurants, etc.) within walking distance. By far, the nicest property I've used in Charleston: plenty of room, comfortable bed and furnished coffee (pod and carafe machine). Although not used, all kitchen essentials present. Wish we had time to unwind in the courtyard. Not an issue for us but be aware of the spiral staircase to the door. Will definitely return - thank you Jamie!

    The property is so well appointed - they literally have thought of everything -which I really appreciate!!! The spriral staircase to this unit is fine - but if you have mobility issues or plan on drinking - too much - this could be dangerous! We loved it!

    The property was very nice and a perfect place to stay for our girls trip. There were some issues with the hot water in the original apartment we had booked, and Jamie was extremely communicative and helpful and getting us moved to a different apartment while she had plumbers working on our original booking. Thanks to her it had little impact on our trip.

    The description of the condo did not state we would need to go up a spiral staircase. We carried heavy suitcases up. We were not told there was a lift, which we did mot see until the last day and used to get heavy suitcases down. The lodging itself was very clean, convenient to walking, comfortable beds and great location.

    Having a full size dining table for 4 and very comfortable chairs was key for our family get together. The king beds were super comfortable and having 2 full bathrooms was also one of the necessities for our crew. One en suite is tiny size, but workable. The courtyards are dreamy, i would stay again.

    The apartment was very nice and had historic details. It would have been helpful if directions were provided on how to use the washing machine which was a bit complicated.

    Beautiful condo right in the middle of Charleston - I did not want to leave. The exterior spaces are charming with fountains and lovely sitting areas. Everything inside has been remodeled and is upscale. The rental is well stocked with everything you need - washer dryer are the best!! Management company is so responsive and helpful. I will be back!
