PARKING:
One space in the shared garage. Small to mid-size vehicles. Access via rear alley. General neighborhood street parking when available.
LAUNDRY:
Laundry facilities in the unit. Guests must provide their own supplies.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, jogger strollers, rollaway twin beds, etc. Contact us for more information!
NOTE:
There is a back unit, above the garage, that is off-limits at all times for guests renting the main house. The property owner and guests of owner will be accessing this back unit from time to time, without requiring notice to guests renting the main house, as it is a separate unit to the main house.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

Comfortable, clean house a few blocks from the beach. Nice, quiet neighborhood. There is a park immediately across the street, which is great for children. Check-in and check-out was easy and we had no issues during our stay.
Great location and great home for a family stay! The house had everything we needed and the communication from Beachview was great.
Great location, we could walk to the store, beach and a few good restaurants. The property only supplied one roll of paper towels and 3 rolls of toilet paper, for two families which was hardly enough. Other than that we’d stay again.
This beach house is located in a great spot. It’s close to the beach and yet very quiet. Unfortunately when we arrived we noticed the dishes were a little dirty and we figured out the dishwasher detergent door was broken. One of the kitchen cabinet doors was close to falling off. The coffee table had some wear and tear. There’s no cleaning supplies so it’s hard to keep the place clean. Buy a bottle of white vinegar and you’re good to go. The management company was quick to respond but I wonder if the actual property manager had been to the house in a while. It’s a nice house in a good location that just needs someone to fix a few things.
Great location, easily walkable to the beach and park. Spacious and perfect for a family or several couples. Beachview Realty made the check in process a breeze.

Our stay was excellent. The Beachvierealty team was very responsive and helpful before our stay and during. The house was clean and exactly as advertise. Would highly recommend staying at a property managed by this team.
This is a nice 3 bedroom unit near the beach at the start of the Balboa Peninsula. Bright and airy with a big kitchen and eating area. Kitchen has gas stove, big fridge, coffee maker, blender, toaster and plenty of plates, glassware, and utensils. Because of covid, there are no condiments or any food amenities so you need to bring or buy everything to cook with. Pavilion's grocery store is 4 blocks away and should have anything you need. There is a comfortable couch with a tv above a remote controlled fireplace. The BBQ on the small front porch works well and it is right outside the double slider glass door of the big kitchen. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms or bright with the upstairs bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. We had a slight plumbing issue and Beachview Reality handled it quickly and professionally. You are 2 blocks from the beach and the walkway, that parallels the beach, will take you to the Newport Pier and business area just slightly more than a half mile walk. It is nice that you have a spot in the garage because the parking is tight, typical of a highly popular beach area. I would definitely return to this property.
