The host was easy to communicate with. The house was old, but quaint, in a wonderful little mining town. The house is located just a block from the center of town, right beside a river. We arrived on Christmas Eve and they had set up a Christmas tree and decorated the house for Christmas. We even had Christmas dishes! We had a great stay and would come back!

The host was very helpful and the house was very convenient and walkable to a lot of Georgetown!

We absolutely loved our visit to Georgetown. The house was perfect for us and the location amazingly close to the old town square. The stream and Aspen in the outdoor sitting area were so calming and beautiful.

Fully equipped kitchen made for a nice stay at a great cabin. Walking distance to restaurants and shops in a quiet neighborhood. The cabin being right on the creek was awesome!

My husband and I have been staying here a couple times a year for awhile now and we have never had a bad experience. We love that it's close to the creek and we can hear it at night. Mary is always very quick to respond when any issue arises, the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to prep and make meals and the location is perfect as it's less than a block to the Georgetown historical district. We frequently see big horn sheep grazing in the front yards of the houses on that block. We will keep coming back!

Fantastic location in a quaint little town. It was so easy to get on the interstate and explore the state. The little creek on the property is beautiful and soothing.

This little house is so comfortable and lovely for winter. I really recommend this little house.

My husband and I booked this cottage for a weekend getaway from Denver. We have dietary restriction that makes it very difficult to eat out at most restaurants. This home had everything we needed to prepare and cook most of our meals. We also saw so much wildlife just in few days. Will definitely book here again.

I’ve stayed here before & ALWAYS breathe a sigh of relief when I 1st get out of the car & hear that beautiful calming water! The home is simply charming & relaxing…nothing fancy but that is what makes it unique. I had 1 question over the tv connection & it was responded to right away!!

The owner planted a beautiful flower garden which was very welcoming. We stayed for 2 months to avoid the high temperatures in Louisiana and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Plenty of towels and bedding and everything we needed in the kitchen. Thank you Mary.
