This beautiful and quite spacious home is as welcoming as it is loved. The big bedrooms are themed from some of Texas' most sought after areas like Austin, West Texas, Down on the Border, Lake LBJ and of course our beloved beach area, South Padre Island. There are 9 beds. Two kings, four queens, and three twins. There is a patio in the shared backyard. And a large front porch.

Stayed Apr 2, 2025We came down for an Indian Motorcycle Rally. We had friends from North Carolina, California and Texas. The house is perfect for our needs. We all had a wonderful time and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Stayed May 1, 2024We had family and friends visiting for graduation. The house was excellent and met all of our needs. It was spacious and we were able to accommodate all of our guests with room to spare. Martha was a gracious host and very responsive to questions and requests throughout our stay in Kerrville.

Stayed Mar 14, 2024I rent a house every year and this is by far the best place. The beds are awesome. Pics do not do it justice. The host was amazing to deal with. Best communication i have ever had. Wish we could give a better rating than 5 stars. We already making plans to come back next year

Stayed Jun 16, 2023We loved our stay! There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own spot, which was perfect for all of us! The kitchen is huge, which was great for cooking Father’s Day dinner with the family. And we loved sitting on the front porch watching the deer and birds. Overall, it was a perfect weekend!

Stayed May 19, 2023Each bedroom was comfortable with museum-worthy decorations. The “common areas” had ample and varied seating selections. Provided were many choices of games, books, puzzles and ways to watch movies. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully kept. The highlight for our stay was watching the area deer wander through the streets!
