Very nice, spacious house, close to the Beach and a shadowy park just across the street. Gloria was a very caring and amazing host, very well reachable when we had a question. Viareggio is a wonderful spot for happy Beach holidays and at the same time train Connection to Firenze, Pisa or Lucca is very fast and comfortable.

We had a great stay in the heart of Viareggio. The house is right next to the park, a couple of blocks from many “Bagnos” right at the beach. The house is a split level townhouse with many stairs and unique architecture. The kitchen contains all you need to cook with spices and dishes all available. There were even some goodie’s on the table and in the fridge. Gloria is available if or whenever needed and she can give all the information about the town.

The house has a unique shape and is nearby the beach and the city center. We felt very welcomed and the host is very charming.

Gloria was a lovely, welcoming host who was very accommodating when we arrived late due to an accident on the road. The property was clean and well equipped for our needs in an excellent location. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that good when we were there but we were able to drive to Pisa and Lucca for day trips. Our last day was sunny so we headed to the beach which was lovely and not too busy at this time of year. My only note would be that the single bed in the attic room is quite small for older children & the stairs might be a problem for people with mobility issues or very young children. Overall we had a fantastic time, thanks Gloria!

Really nice. Only thing was the pictures on the site make it look like the bathrooms are connected to the bedrooms. They are not. Very manageable though. Gloria was wonderful. Had a hot water issue the first day and it was fixed the next day.

A beautiful old house with a very comfortable and fashioned furnishings. Gloria is very helpful and courteous.

Loved our stay. What a unique home. Gloria was so kind and gracious. Home was in an older historic building, which was very well kept and well appointed. Felt like I was traveling back in time, in a good way. A fun quirky vibe and decor. Building locks with those old skeleton keys. So fun. Such a good location, central to town. Beach walkable in 5 minutes. Would stay again! Thank you Gloria! A wonderful stay.

Fabulous stay at the villa, very welcoming host & beautiful house, so close to train station and coast, easily access shops etc so a great location. Would highly recommend & definitely coming back to Italy!

7 of us stayed in the house for a week (5 adults and 2 young children) and we had a wonderful holiday in Viareggio. - Gloria was an excellent host: she replied quickly to messages before the trip (both via vrbo and text message) and she really exceeded her role by providing urgent assistance when one of our party was unwell (grazie mille, Gloria!). - the house is huge (4 floors, and lots of stairs), well-equipped (kitchen etc), and was very clean on arrival, with 3 bathrooms being very useful for such a big party. - the location was absolutely perfect for us, as it was both a short walk to the lungomare and to the park, both of which were great for the kids. Lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby too. - we were there in mid-june so it was not yet super hot, and the air conditioning worked well for us. - the house is excellent for families and would maybe be even better for a large party of friends with no children, though one of the rooms can only accommodate one. - overall, fantastic place and we would be delighted to stay there again!

Gloria was a great host. She responded promptly to issues. The house is in an ideal location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The many levels and stairs were a bit of a challenge.
