Ludovico was an excellent host, taking us on a short tour of the area, making us very welcome, and he left us a cake too! The house was very spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was a short walk from the centre and the beach, with local shops nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Our host was amazing!!!! The house is beautiful and well equipped. My husband worked remote the entire time with no issues. Location is fabulous and we walked everywhere. 5 weeks went by so quickly and I didn’t want to leave this house. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back.

We had a lovely cycling holiday in Viareggio in the last 2 weeks of September 2023. We had a lovely welcome from Ludovico and Marie, who showed us everything we needed to know about the house. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. Anna’s cafe is just around the corner and we went for pastries and coffee most days. We were cycling in the area and had plenty space to store our bikes in the house. The area has a perfect cycle track system and we were able to explore a lot of the area. We also used the train to go into Pisa one day and to take us back to the airport. Ludovico brought us clean bedding after our first week and a gorgeous homemade cake which was very welcome. We felt very supported and looked after. Thank you.

We had a great family holiday with our 3 kids in the villa Raggio di Luna. Ludovico is a very nice host. The communication before the arrival was perfect. He also helped us with many valuable recommendations in and around Viarreggio. The house is really nice and everything was perfectly prepared. It is a 15min walk to the beach and also to the city centre. We can definately recommend this location.

Ludovico ico and his home stand head and shoulders above any rental we have ever stayed at in over 35 years of staying in vacation homes. Beds: comfortable. Kitchen: fully stocked and ready to cook in. (Sharp knives and useful pans) Bedrooms: Large. Location: perfect. One great feature of this property that we didnt know about was that there is a separate building in the back about the size of a small bedroom which also has a full bathroom. We used it as a private office but it could also be used as a children's playroom. He called it a summer bathroom but we also used it in the winter with no issues. Ludovico himself is kind, generous and helpful. He went far above and beyond any host we have ever had. The location is fantastic. It is walking distance to the city center, the beach, the train, the promenade and there is a massive park at the end of the block. Ludovico’s home exceeded our expectations in every way and is the new standard which we use to judge other vacation homes.

This is the second time we have stayed here. We had a very pleasant stay both times. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and Viareggio is a pleasent touristic town. The outdoor with the new patio, the garden with shower and summer baths is fantastic. Finally, thank you to Ludovico for his warm welcome. We hope to come another time.
