Location: this beautiful and new holiday apartment is located in the heart of the city of Viareggio.
The holiday property is therefore close to shops, the promenade and restaurants. Cars can be parked on the street for a fee. The sandy beach is approximately 450 metres from the holiday property. The beautiful house consists of 2 holiday apartments, which are rented out to holidaymakers by the same owner. Air conditioning is available.
Facilities: The holiday apartment for a maximum of4 people is approx. 100 m² and has new and very nice furnishings.
