A custom 4BR/4BA home & Guest House footsteps from the sand & sea

Firstly, Susan Rogers is a great host. She was always available to help us whenever we ran into problems. After that, a problem solution is only a text message away. We loved the location AT the beach. Lovely large home! Kids had a lot of fun playing in the sand. We also had fun doing SUP on the Gulf of California's calm waters. Saw lots of Pelicans diving for fish and a pod of Dolphins jumping in the water, all sitting on the back patio. Sonia used to bring us groceries and she even cooked to our dietary restrictions (we had to guide her). Don't think twice about this place - just book it! A few things to keep in mind: 1. Google maps shows wrong directions fo rthe last half mile. Don't make any right turns, just keep going straight. 2. If it rains, the road in last 12 miles can be a little slippery, but our minivan made by driving slowly (20 mph), so just allocate some extra time. 3. Some of the condiments (like Sugar) are in the pantry and that is locked so you'd have to either bring your own or wait until Sonia shows up. Regards, Sameer

We had an amazing stay. The house is absolutely beautiful right on the beach. Lots of space for 5 families. Everybody had their own bedroom and bathroom. The fire pit is what sold me on the place had enough room for all of us to sit around it, and enjoy the evening. having Sonia come to the house any night, we needed her was amazing. So just one more thing the drive out the house is at least 30 minutes, but for me that was OK to get away from all the people.

Beautiful home, beautiful location! We booked this for a family Christmas gift and we were not disappointed. Sonja prepared us delicious meals and we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere on the beach. Everyone agrees that we need a trip back next year.

This is a wonderful home for a family vacation right on the beach! Everyone has their own space and it is truly perfect. It is a real vacation when you do not have to cook, Sonja's meals are delicious. Making smores and sitting around the firepit in the evenings was definately an added highlight for the kids. We will definately visit again!!!

We had four parents and seven adult children in this trip. It couldnt hvae been more perfect. Plenty of outdoor seating and indoor comfort. Having a cook made us all a little spoiled. Water sand and locals were just as wonderful. Fire pit and large dining table allowed for good comroddery and card games.

Our 33rd Annual Mexico Girls Trip started and ended with amazing memories. The home is spacious, welcoming and comfortable. All the beds are comfortable and come with their own bathroom. The gas fireplace was a welcoming warmth for the cooler beach weather during our long weekend. The outdoor fire pit, comfortable outdoor seating and deck was spacious made our time outside relaxing The main house oven was not working during our stay but we were able to use the casita oven. We also scheduled Sonia for 3 dinners. Wow!!! The reviews on her Coconut Shrimp and guacamole were spot on!! All our dinners were made with fresh ingredients snd prepared on site. Everything was DELICIOUS!! We all felt very pampered. We have already reserved for our 2024 Girls Trip and plan to have Sonia prepare most of our meals. We are considering having Sonia’s Coconut Shrimp with every meal! Susan was responsive and sent help when we had questions or needed assistance.

This was a great house located right on the beach. The house is well taken care of and well stocked. The option for an in house chef was also great and we took advantage of it. I highly recommend this for anyone.

Perfect place to get away and unwind. We had all the things that we needed and more! Sonia was a gem!! She went above and beyond to provide delicious meals for our families each day! Our best Rocky Point experience yet and we have been coming down for years!
