Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great place for a large group of people. Some of the furniture in the home was broken but we worked around it. Great kitchen space and overall well stocked. Loved the pool and Cabana area for ping pong!

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A big catch is a great house and very accommodating. Unfortunately, we had a couple of big problems. The grills were barely usable. We called about them and somebody showed up but the problem really was not resolved. Another rep showed up Friday afternoon telling us we’d be getting new grills. It was too late because we were leaving Saturday. In any case, we never got the new grills. In the middle of the week, the pool heater went off. In the past, Wednesday was the regular maintenance day. This time they showed up on Thursday and said the heater needed water so it turned itself off. Wednesday was the warmest day and we didn’t use the pool since the heater went off. $600 to heat the pool- We had no way to know why the heater went off! Since we enjoyed our time anyway, we did resign for next year. Hopefully we won’t have these issues.

It was a little difficult getting back from the beach for some of our older guests and there was no propane in gas grill tanks. Otherwise it was a very positive experience.

Stayed Aug 19, 2023Plenty of room to spread out in this home. Great location right on the beach. Nice size pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Three generations of our family enjoyed the annual vacation here.

The house was clean and spacious and well laid out regarding bedrooms. There were 20 of us and there was still room to go hide if you needed to! I would recommend this home to any large party wanting a nice house with a good location.
