In the Dordogne Corrézienne country, we offer for seasonal rental this pleasant wooden frame house located 150 m as the crow flies from Lake Honey.
Ideally placed on a plot of 1500 m2 and at an altitude of 500 m, in a relaxing environment, it benefits from a 3 * classification of furnished accommodation.
Its balcony location on the Lac de Miel domain is privileged thanks to its dominant location, well integrated into the pine trees, very close to the tourist complex: Camping, tennis, mini golf, fitness course of around 2 km around the lake, supervised beach in July and August with games and pedalos. The fishermen 's area and the beach are within walking distance from the chalet.
The house built on one level, with a living area of 61 m2, is extended by a beautiful covered terrace of 24 m2 overlooking the Lake of Honey. (2 or 3 parking spaces are provided and the basement is not yet finished)
On the south side, the 50m2 gravelled terrace allows you to install the barbecue.
Its living area consists of 3 rooms:
Bedroom 1 of 12 m2 with 140 bed
Bedroom 2 of 11 m2 with 2 twin beds in 90
7 m2 bathroom with walk-in shower
Dining room of 26 m2 with fully equipped kitchen area.

The Village of Beynat close to 5 km is very well served by its shops, its Carrefour Contact store, its Health center ...
Every Sunday morning, a local market is set up under the central hall.
And every Tuesday in July and August in the evening, a large festive country market enlivens the central square of the village.

Everything about property great Warm and friendly reception from hosts. Balcony and views of trees and lake wonderful, like a holiday in the tree tops! Rooms clean and comfortable. Very well equipped for all facilities. Wonderfully quiet location. Lots of walking close by and from the chalet. Many beautiful villages to visit near to location. Would highly recommend.

A beautifully positioned house overlooking the lake. A short walk and you are on the lakeside where you can just relax, have a swim or a bite to eat in bar and restaurant. You are only a short drive away from many historic and medieval sites. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

Excellent secluded location, 5 minutes from local town. Plenty of sightseeing within an hours drive. We spent the whole week out and about visiting châteaux, markets, Towns and countryside. We couldnt ask for more from our hosts, they were fabulous, friendly and very, very helpful. Great communication from Colette upon booking and directions given before arrival. A lovely couple whom we feel privileged to meet. Maps provided in the lodge for use out and about. Beds were very comfortable too and shutters on doors and windows provided darkness for an undisturbed sleep upon sunrise. Very tranquil indeed tucked in around woodlands. We walked aroun the lake and used it for kayaking in the evenings. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your lodge.

Our hosts were amazing. So warm, welcoming and friendly despite our late arrival. The property is very well located. Whilst close to amenities and the play area at the lake it is still very quiet. The property was very clean and well presented and the owners made it clear they would be on hand if ever needed. I would recommend to anyone who wants to have the perfect mix of activities in the day and relaxation of an evening.
