99 Palms Event Venue: Barn, grass, pool, games, 6 beds

We LOVED our stay here. The property is gorgeous and so well taken care of. Everything was pristine when we arrived. Tina and Jazmin are exceptional hosts. They were so responsive and helped make our stay & wedding (which we hosted here) so special. One thing that really made such a big deal to us is that Tina and Jazmin let us tour the property before we booked, and let us tour it again when we had questions about the wedding setup. I would highly recommend booking here!

Upon arrival until the day we left we were amazed and filled with gratitude. Communication was great, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood our host delivered! Of all the locations I've visited, this one had everything and more. The pool was heated, Christmas dinner was made easy because every supply, equipment, and utensil you can imagine was stocked in the huge walk in pantry and cabinets. We made homemade biscuits, cakes and pies, frittata, etc. The game room, large illuminated kitchen, commercial refrigerator, 3 full baths, 5 bedrooms, music playing throughout, decor, condiments, grilling outdoors, multiple places for seating and gathering, grass and abundant space made our visit extraordinary. The only hiccup was....we wanted to stay longer with our extended family. I wish this was my home.

Our stay was wonderful! We had our baby shower event here and everyone had a blast, and raved about how good of a location it was. The host is great at communicating, and making sure the stay is enjoyed. The house was clean and smelled so nice upon entering, with very thoughtful touches. I would love to be back, and would recommend it to anyone, for an event or to entertain a whole family as there are many games to play and so much space!

Tina the host is awesome! We found this place available to rent for our wedding venue and were able to meet tina immediately. She is very welcoming and accommodating! I was always able to reach her if i had any questions and she coordinated times i could come see the venue before the wedding day. The house itself is also amazing, very spacious and clean. We did not need for any essential things during our weekend stay. I would highly recommend booking this place to stay or to host your special day!

As I was planning on where to host my daughter’s first birthday, the 99 palms home was the place! The property is very big with much space to host small or big gatherings! Beautiful backyard, kitchen, bedrooms. We were all comfortable and had much room. The party was beautiful and had a lot of room to set up. The backyard patio lights brought beautiful ambiance to the party at night. Tina and her assistant Jazmin were very quick and responsive to any questions. Overall loved our stay and would love to be back! Thank you for having us.

99 Palms is a gorgeous property and exceeded all our expectations! We held our wedding there and it was a perfect setting. The weather changed and we were able to adjust our plan with how flexible the property is. All our guests were very happy as well. Tina is wonderful host and was helpful during every step of the way. I would highly recommend 99 palms to anyone looking for a memorable experience!

We had a family reunion at the VRBO Location and the owner made it extremely easy for the chair and tables to be dropped off an hour before our arrival. This location is a dream location for whatever you want small or large (not too large) to host. From the Sonos music playing on arrival to the host being reachable. This was one of the best vacations I ever had!

It is hard to put into words how wonderful this property and management of this property are. We rented this beautiful home to celebrate my husband’s 50th Birthday and had an amazing time. Let’s talk first about how clean and beautiful the property was, both inside and out. There was not anything out of place or dirty in the whole place. Moving on to the amenities, we have stayed at many VRBOs across the country and have never had one as well stocked as this one. Tina has thought of everything. Most impressive was the comfort of the beds. We utilized all beds and bedrooms and every guest said their beds were wonderful. Jazmin and Tina were more than accommodating and communicative and I would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely book it again. I would give them 10 out of five stars if I could. The pictures do not do this place justice.

Tina was easy to communicate with during the whole process. We did a walk thru ahead of time to look at the property to allow for planning for my daughter’s grad party. The home is beautiful and has everything you could need for an event or a relaxing stay. We had an amazing party and time staying here. Very happy with our choice to stay here. Thank you!

Was amazing stay and had the wedding of our dreams on the beautiful property ! Tina was a great host and responded very quickly with all of needs. The house was very clean and the sanos radio throughout the house was a big plus for our reception. If your looking for a getaway with luxury i would definately recomend 99 palms!

We had an amazing stay at 99 Palms with our family of 9, including two infants. This property is a true gem! The house is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We especially loved the outdoor space—the pool was perfect for the kids, and they had a blast with the pool toys and floaties. The grass area provided the ideal spot for family games and relaxing in the sun.

Fabulous home! Took the whole fam to Spring Training and this was the perfect house to accommodate all ages. House is incredibly well stocked with everything from games to kitchen appliances. The backyard and pool area are even better than pictured. Host was wonderful, great communication. We’ll be back soon!

Our stay was AMAZING! Tina did a fantastic job with communicating and answering any questions we might have, as well as giving great recommendations for caterers. The host was stocked even better than the description let on. The kitchen had everything and more that we would ever need. Plenty of pool towel and games too! We stay at a lot of VRBO's and this place was the best we've ever stayed at! We will be back!

The home and property were as advertised with lots of space both inside and outside. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pot/pans and utensils. The pool area and yard were great. Host was quick to communicate and ensured everything was great for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Palms 99 was a well laid out vacation rental for our Thanksgiving get together. House was well equipped with cooking gear, utensils, spices, double oven. Even had a turkey platter to adorn the table. The yard is unbeatable. We swam, hung out and sang around the fire pit. The garage, game room, kept the wee ones entertained and some of the bigger ‘kids’ too. Ping pong, air hockey, connect four…..we did not lack for entertainment. Tina was a great host. She answered quickly to any questions. I could feel her heart in wanting us to really enjoy her place. Thank you for all the fantastic memories (a thousand pictures) we got to take with us for a lifetime. I highly recommend Palms 99!! The 2024 Turkeys’

This was a beautiful property! Lots of room, very clean. We had fun playing ping pong and air hockey in the game room with music playing in the background. It was too cold to swim, but we really enjoyed lounging by the pool. Property was at a great location. Everything we needed was nearby. We had zero issues with this property and owner. Wonderful communication with the owner. My mother-in-law lost her book, I told the owner and she found it and mailed it back!! Couldn't ask for anything more in a Vrbo rental. This place was much better than expected. We were in awe when we walked in. Nicely furnished and decorated.

Tina was by far the best VRBO host I have ever met. She made our stay so comfortable and stress free.
