    The house is close to the beach and the harbor. We enjoyed walking across the bridge with our dog to the north harbor. Very easy check in process.

    Loved the place and the location. Property wasn’t ready on time . I had to wait til 447 pm. Good thing I didn’t pay for the early arrival, also I couldn’t bring my dog because the discloser stated that my pet couldn’t be over 45lbs. Something I didn’t see until I had payed . I tried to call the property manager and left a message 2 days prior with no answer, so I just left my dog at home .

    MThe house was tidy and cozy, just a short walk fro the beach. But be aware that you’re really renting through Beachnest Rental that requires a lengthy contract.

    Cute house updated very clean short walk to beach. I traveled with 2 dogs nice to have a fenced backyard. My little 23 pound dog did find a couple of openings in fence. I would stay there again

    We made a last minute decision for a beach weekend in Santa Cruz . With our 2 kiddos and dog, this was a perfect vacation spot for us. The location was great. We walked to Twin Lakes Beach and Boardwalk, Harbor Cafe, coffee shops and markets. The two bedrooms was perfect to give all of us room for privacy and spreading out. We had one maintenance concern with a leaking shower head spraying on the wall. The service team was not able to fix it during our short stay, but they responded that they will do that right after.

    We’ll appointed and decorated. Great beds and furniture. Nice outdoor space. Everything worked well. Allows pets. Back fence has big hole that needs to be fixed. Overall great stay
