Stayed Jun 27, 2025Check in was at 3 pm, but when we got there they weren’t finished cleaning and we were asked to wait in the parking lot out front for 45 minutes just to get into the first two units. It took at least an hour to get all four units available for everyone to move their stuff into.They also ended up leaving stuff in the washer from the previous people staying that ended up having to move into the dryer.Next, we noticed the units weren’t very clean. The living room couch and side chair in unit A had questionable stains (pictured) on them and one of the beds in unit B had hair in it.What was really the cherry on top was the fact that we didn’t have hot water in 2 out of 4 of the units, and when we called about the issue we were rudely asked to simply share the two showers between all 14 of us (mind you, these were 14 hockey players playing a tournament all weekend).Even though Roger offered a 25% refund the following day, it doesn’t completely make up for the inconvenience and poor experience we had.I really hope for the sake of future renters that these issues are addressed and they can have a much better experience than we did.
